We came all the way from South Portland, Maine to go to this outlet. They seem to get the best stuff. I bought an amazing LL Bean winter jacket for like 83 bucks. It's $160 at the store and it was and it was 140 at the discount store in Freeport. You guys seem to get the best stuff at the best price. Love this store!.

Although we didn’t buy anything here today, we have purchased many sports and clothing items for our family over the years. This is a must stop when you’re in the North Conway area. The store is clean, well-organized, and is a great store place to find quality reduced price L.L. Bean products. Two years ago we bought two 12-foot kayaks here. One was substantially reduced because of a minor scratch. We wanted 2 kayaks and the store manager matched the price for an unblemished kayak - - great deal. We applied for an LL Bean credit card and was instantly approved, and with the LL Bean coupon dollars we were able to purchase life vests, paddles and other misc. gear for no extra cost. Needless to say, this store has our loyalty.

While I have found some good deals here a couple years ago, it seems the deals are becoming less and less every year. I’ve been to this location around a dozen times and will visit again. It’s extremely hit or miss. Pricing is also random at times(things ring in wrong). Staff is very friendly. But minus two stars for the disappearing deals, no more life time warranty, and pricey for an outlet store.

I was really hoping that they had some snow pants but nah they only had two xxl pairs and they were $250 each. And staff was very rude to me. Except for that one guy. Shout out to him. Besides that they made my day worse.

Awsome store with a lot to look at. Got a great deal on a jacket and chocolate covered coffee beans cause we all know those go together. I think everything was discounted. Oh yea that was their outlet store.

Store itself was great. Well stocked and lots of good sales. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and smelled like vomit. Not cleaned at all. Go there to buy items but would recommend bathrooms elsewhere.
