A little outside of town where it isn't crowded or with a lot of noise. Nice check in with a nice slick pamphlet of restaurants in the area. The room was clean. The breakfast was better than some with plenty of choices. About the only minus for us was no elevator. The clerk did apologize that the bottom level was fully booked, and she had no choice. All in all it was a nice place to stay. Next time I'll reserve the bottom floor.

I really enjoy staying at this place. The staff has always been friendly. The rooms are always clean & in good order. The breakfast is amazing! And the sweet little lady that works the breakfast is so kind & helpful. They gave me no problems about my little dog staying there. I am a smoker but I hate the smell of it! So I really liked the non smoking policy in the rooms. You can smoke outside but not in the room! I will stay in this motel every time I go to Apalachicola Florida.

Our family had to evacuate due to Hurricane Milton.
The town is beautiful, and the people were so nice.
The hotel was clean,and the service was great.We were very comfortable there, and they are pet friendly.
We were so thankful because they made our experience so much better, than it could have been, somewhere else.They also have a good breakfast.
We definitely want to go back soon, but under better circumstances.
Best hotel we have ever stayed at.

Really nice location. Clean, quiet area. Beautiful pool and deck area. Large, spacious room. Very helpful, friendly staff. Good area to walk pets, well stocked doggie bags. Breakfast was good. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Spacious room. Plenty of fluffy towels and hot shower water. Room was clean. Refrigerator microwave all in working order. Front desk staff very welcoming. Nice breakfast selection. Breakfast lady and housekeepers all very welcoming.

Very friendly front desk personnel! ||Cleanliness 7 out of 10. Several linens were lightly stained. There appeared to be a few pieces of cat food along the edge of the carpet, and a bug. The carpets and couch could use a good shampooing. ||The room’s smell wasn’t the best - smelled like a combination of musty and too much air freshener. ||The room was very large but the design of the bathroom isn’t suitable for light sleepers. The sink area is open to the bedroom and the lights are bright. It’s easy to be awoken by a fellow traveler that’s gotten up to use the restroom during the night. ||Bed was an 8/10 on comfort. Pillow 10/10. Sheets 9/10.

We stayed for three days and truly enjoyed it. It exceeded our expectations. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were always so willing to help you. The breakfast was a three star but the lady at breakfast is super sweet. We loved the boat parking, it was super convenient. Location is 4 stars because it's not walking distance to town but it's just a 5 minute drive.

Well the room was relatively nice and the bed was comfortable. When I was wakened by my alarm at 4am so to get ready for the days work I felt well rested. I started coffee and headed for the shower . Half way through my shower the water stopped running. Body and hair full of soap suds I grabbed a towel ,wrapped around my middle and headed to my helpers room to rense off. Lo and behold he had no water either. When I called to ask what's up they said they guessed the city cut it off. They weren't sure why it quit. Really? I wiped the soap off and headed to work. My skin is itching and I'm miserable. A refund is in order I think.
