This is a budget motel so there are very few basic amenities. The other hotels in an extended area nearby substantially increased prices in anticipation of the spring season. This facility was available and reasonable on short notice - outstanding customer service made our stay. The linens were fresh and the room was clean. There was tight but adequate parking. Fairly quiet but it is on the highway and that may disturb the light sleepers among us. This was an excellent overnight stay for basic needs. If you must have resort level amenities then be prepared to search elsewhere. The town is delightful. I would stay here again.

Nothing fancy. This is my 4th stay here and there's a reason I keep coming back. It's very reasonably priced compared to the rest of the area. It's conveniently located to Apalachicola and St. George Island. It's comfortable and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Tons of channels. Cold A/C. Hot water and great pressure. Normally, it is very clean. On this particular stay, I did notice some mold in the shower/tub area. A little more attention to detail by housekeeping and this place will be perfection!

Apalachicola Bay Inn proved once again to be a relaxed and comfortable place to stay when conducting an outdoor-centric visit to the region. The room and beds were comfy and the staff helpful and friendly. It's a great place to stagger in to after a day in the swamps, woods, or beach.

Overall wonderful and fantastic experience, older hotel for sure but in no way run down. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, room was clean and in excellent order, plus the coffee in the office is exceptional.

The front man didnt let us in because were Hispanics and he was raceses and kicks us out in a really mad and he doesnt want any Hispanics in it

Decent room for the price! But 5 yr. old was disappointed.. Shows they have a pool! THERE IS NO LONGER A POOL!! Should update photos and info online! Beds are hard as a rock..and carpets and tile will leave your feet black! They have never been cleaned with carpet cleaner only vacuum!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Apalachicola Bay Inn motel few times, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that truly made me feel at home.

The location of this motel is a hidden gem. Nestled by the beautiful Apalachicola Bay, the views are simply breathtaking. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the bay – an experience that will stay with me forever.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in tip-top shape. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the charming town of Apalachicola.

Speaking of the town, this motel is conveniently located close to all the attractions and restaurants. Whether you're in the mood for fresh seafood or want to explore the local shops, everything is just a short drive away. Recommended!

Very clean! Staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends for weekend getaway, base camp for fishing or visiting the island.
