Horrible service. My mom was missing for over an hour after transport left her alone in the next door neighbor’s home in the dark and cold. This company was reported to BBB The police came to my house and filed a report.
The driver did not speech English and the dispatcher is ruder condescending and pompous.
They left my handicap mom with dementia by herself.
Cold hearted ignorant and unbelievably disgusting
My mom is 85 with dementia and handicapped.

2024 Update: User American Medical Transportation a few times this year. We are happy with the service and would recommend the company!!!

We use American Medical Transportation for many years. Most of the time we get Alex as a driver and rides are pleasant and on time. It is so nice to deal with smaller company where we can talk to owners if we need holiday or weekend pickup. Thank you!!!
