Very frustrated with my recent experiences. There are a few decent employees there, but apparently they are few and far between. After spending a large amount of money on repairs, one of my original lug nuts was not placed back on my vehicle after a service. It was instead replaced with a cheap one that doesn't match. Once I noticed I attempted to reach out. After leaving a few messages to discuss the situation, I never received a response. A few days later I found there was also damage to my driver seat. This used to be my go-to mechanic. Very disappointing.

This was my go to shop. I wished I had read the reviews so I would have known they have changed and are NOT honest. Took my car for $20 safety inspection and they failed me for saying I had an oil leak from my valve covers, $880. Bogus but I didn't know that, I trusted them. Of course I dropped it off to be fixed. They called and said I also needed spark plugs so I reluctantly said ok, $300 more. I picked up my car at 3:30, drove off and it had a weird idle. I called the shop about the idle and the check engine light came on, so I brought it back. Instead of fixing the problem they just gave my car they said your timing belt needs changing along with the water pump and tensioner for an additional $1800. I said no!! I had my car towed to the dealer only for them to tell me that while AAA took off the timing covers to inspect for new problem they broke them then tried putting the pieces back on using wrong sized bolts causing the longer bolt to rub up against my timing belt taking a chunk out of it. In addition AAA had charged me for engine degreaser which Hyundai said hadn't been done. The other shop did have to replace all of this for me since the damage had been done. In addition my car should have failed that safety inspection because I needed a new ball joint which is dangerous to be driving with. My $20 car inspection now cost me over $5000.00. Never again. Meanwhile I figured their supervisor, Melvin Escobar should be contacted about their shady work. Waste of time. Even after myself and Hyundai contacted him and explained the condition they received my car he denied any damage or lies from his shop. Please spread this info and don't let anyone you know go there only to get ripped off.

I'm done getting my car worked on here. It doesn't take over an hour to do a simple oil change. This happens every time I've come here. They put your car on the lift walk away for a while come back do something else then walk away for a while. Very unprofessional. I'll keep my membership for towing purposes but regular service will be elsewhere.

I stopped by to get my IDP. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The process was smooth and quick. They took pictures on the spot and issued an IDP.

My second time using this repair service. It's hard for an elderly woman to trust car mechanics. This group has been exemplary in their treatment of me and my old jeep! They are fair and explain what is needed and what can wait. I cant say enough about the professionalism and ethical behavior. Give them a try!

So these people are worthless they don’t know how to test a battery properly wanted to say that a battery they admitted to have to jump start was still a good battery after I had another mechanic do an actual load test on the battery and t told me the battery will only stay at40% charge because one of the battery’s cells is dead seriously what mechanic doesn’t know there’s a difference between the charger and the battery health and just checking voltage won’t tell you much
fully charging a battery then putting it under a load and testing how much the voltage drops and how well the battery holds it’s charge
