The absolute worst hotel experience ever. We stayed one night then cancelled the remaining reservation. The pool looks like it hasn't been open in years. The Continental breakfast is really a selection of granola bars. There is no gym. The room reeked of cleaning products and when that wore out
the smell turned my stomach. Doors to the outside didn't lock. Some rooms from the courtyard have broken windows. The pictures on the website do not match reality. Worst case of bait and switch I've ever seen. I would avoid this place at all cost!

Lacrosse has had this place on the condemn list a couple times now. The pictures are deceiving. The police have been to this place more than not. The five star reviews are probably people this place knows personally. There is no saving this place. It’s a dump. Don’t pay for your room until you inspect it first. Once your money is in their possession you’ll never get it back.

Worst hotel in town ,the whole place looks abandoned the parking lot is as dark as the night is. No parking lights. Nothing in the room worked,couldn't flush the toilet it had no water the microwave didn't work, the TV didn't work there was no pillows on the. Bed the room was dusty and dirty when I went to the desk he said he would cook the food for us in the microwave in the office ,he gave me a remote for the TV that was from a different TV, still didn't work . After complaining 3 times he finally switched me rooms the new room had no heat when you turned on the water it was was black.lije oil and it stunk

The photos of this place are far more flattering than the reality. A friend and I stayed here this past weekend, and I can confidently say I’ll never return. While we didn’t encounter any bugs, we were immediately hit with an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew upon entering the room. The bathroom was in disrepair—only one light worked, the toilet paper holder was broken, leaving a half-used roll dangling, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere, soaking the ceiling and floor. No wonder the place smelled so bad.

The room itself was mismatched and worn. Although the bedding seemed clean, one comforter was ripped, one bedside light didn’t work, and the telephone was missing most of its buttons and had no dial tone. If you need towels, don’t bother calling—head to the front desk and hope for the best. The AC did work, but there was a hole in the wall that opened directly to the outside.

The parking lot was poorly lit, and although the exterior door was supposed to lock after 10 p.m., it didn’t, meaning anyone could walk in at any time.

We chose this place because it was cheaper, thinking it wouldn’t be that bad since we wouldn’t spend much time in the room. Big mistake. The room gave me a headache, and the few dollars saved weren’t worth it. I never leave reviews or complain, but the experience was so bad I felt compelled to warn others. Oh, and the pool? Broken. Do yourself a favor and find a better place—you’ll thank me later.

Stayed back in October for Family Weekend for UW La Crosse. Overpriced like many other area hotels. My bed tilted when trying to put on my shoes. I almost hurt myself if I didn't catch myself quick enough. I had to sit on the side near the top. No chairs in the room. Couldn't adjust the air flow for the heat and the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way from potential water damage? It scraped along the floor also. It says breakfast is included. It's only a grab n go type deal. False advertising much? Door was open to the huge laundry room. We wished we could have stayed somewhere else but everything was booked and I will say it again, overpriced. Never again.

The Location is the best thing about this 'hotel.' I would call it a hellhole. Worn out, dirty, a staff that, for the most part, doesn't care.
Recommendation: if you don't have other options, just sleep in your car. It will be cleaner and quieter, and less chance of getting sick.

So me and my friend stayed here for Oktoberfest weekend and it didn’t go well. We’re in the middle of checking in and we get interrupted by another guest saying there are cockroaches in her room. They didn’t treat her well or compensate her. After I checked in I go to my stale, humid, disgusting room. Two pillows on my king bed. Paint chipping off the bathroom walls. Mold on the ceiling. MY BED WAS ON A CINDERBLOCK. This should have been $300 cheaper. Didn’t feel safe. We didn’t have a deadbolt lock, not safe. Spend the money on something better and safer. No pool, no breakfast. we couldn’t get an extra towel or pillow because they didn’t have any. It was an awful experience. I’m glad I wasn’t in my room all that much.

This hotel is trash. I wasn’t given a key to my room because the machine was broken, so every time we needed to enter our room, we needed to go to the front desk to get the employee to let us in. Saturday night we waited for 10 minutes ringing the bell until we finally called the hotel to get someone to come to the front desk to let us in our room. The room was barely over 50° when we checked in. The sink didn’t drain. The couch was broken, and there was a mouse in our room. Trash. 0/10.
