We found this place through word of mouth, if you are staying long term you pay rent weekly, the rates are great if you pay on time. The front office very friendly when you pay rent on time, the hot water was always on because we paid rent on time, we had no rodents due to we paid rent on time. Our truck didn’t sit on a flat tire for three weeks because we are on top and can afford new tires and we pay rent on time. Access to the motel is great when you pay rent on time. Rooms are spotless and bedding is always changed in a timely manner because we pay rent on time. Our neighbors are super friendly and we always cook out on the provided grills and we pay rent on time.

We stopped here while driving cross country. I did appreciate they allowed my dog for a fee. I was put in a room in the back. Parking was congested as they seemed to put everyone together, even though there were obviously empty rooms.

It was pretty dirty inside the room. We didn't shower or use the TV so can't speak to that. I didn't feel unsafe and the room was a good size, just dirty.

The night desk lady was okay. No one was at the front office at 7am despite the open sign being lit. I waited about 20 minutes before calling the number. The guy did come within 5 minutes for me to check out. There was a language barrier with the attendant/manager maybe and I could not understand what he was saying.

It worked for the night as it was dark and rainy but definitely check somewhere else if you have time (I also needed pet friendly because of our dog).

The congested area we stayed in may have been longer term residents and people were getting up early eith trucks presumably to go to work.

BEDBUGS AND NO HOT WATER!
I paid $77 for a room at this establishment despite it being advertised as $50 online, 1.5 miles from my home due to not having water or power for 2 weeks, and needed rest and a hot shower. Not only were there bedbugs, but there was no hot water in the shower whatsoever, which was not discovered until the morning. They claim that everybody must be using it at once since it was the morning, but the reviews tell a different story. I wish I had read them first, so don't make the same mistake I did. They were not helpful or amenable to any sort of refund, and lacked sympathy for my situation. I have stayed at places that didn't even have a fitted sheet on the bed, and I had a better experience than this one. Again, BEDBUGS AND NO HOT WATER!

Canceled my stay. Nobody at the front desk, all lights were off, but it was open. Another person here said they might try to put me in a room with no hot water. Turns out the front desk guy lives here and was doing his laundry and called me after I left. Very shady place. If this is America's best, then i don't want to see it's worst! Not sure how the town lets this place run like this maybe an inspector needs to pay a visit here.

SO much better than the one in Roxboro and has a much more luxurious atmosphere. Will definitely be returning 👍🏾 Staff was friendly and helpful too. The website I booked my room on made a slight mistake but it was resolved.

Very dated hotel no free breakfast tv didn’t work super low water pressure overall the worst place I have stayed at and to top it off I was billed multiple times still have yet fo talk with a manager that can handle the reason for my addition billing that 3 staff members can’t answer to BEWARE!! Don’t Book off the internet they will bill you for xtra rooms I only booked 1 toom got charged for a second place is a total scam!!!! BEWARE!!’ SCAMMERS !!! Another month gone bye sure they have Scammed more people!! More people with my same complaints terrible customers services negative complaints still close it down

I made a reservation for the week, I changed it one night, i didn't even stay there, i went down the road, i didnt even bother for a refund. It was loud, I didn't feel my work truck or equipment was safe and i just got of there. they got a free room out of me.
