Seriously this place is a must if you like potato’s. Owner was so kind and even gave us some waters. I’ve grown up in Manchester and this place is amazing so fun and done well. Excited to make this a weekly treat!

Was craving a baked potato specifically and oh man did they hit the nail on the head. Pulled pork was so yummy and my personal fav. The loaded was to die for as well! 10 outta 10 will potat again

We tried potato concept after wanting to for awhile! So glad we did! Delicious loaded potatoes, made to order fresh, cute seating area , and the owner was so nice and welcoming. There's a lot of options for customizing your baked potato too. This was especially perfect for us as a family with sensory food issues.
The owner let us know you can call ahead and order too! Which is a feature we will use when we come back next time.
We will definitely be back.

After we saw their segment on NH Chronicle, we had to try. We first walked in and greeted with the upmost kindest hospitality from Brandon. He asked us if we had any questions regarding the menu and what not. The place is really clean and some good tunes playing, such a vibe and great atmosphere. This potato is amazing and only half of what we got (we split one), is is the porky pig one. Fresh ingredients and made to order. Will be back again and we just found our new local spot!

When I say that this was the best baked potato I’ve had in my life, I’m not kidding. My coworker ordered on this morning which turned into our entire store of 5-6 people ordering a potato from these sweet potato pals. When I called to double check on a request for our DoorDash order phone rang maybe twice before being greeted with a friendly and overall professional attitude. All questions were answered and the food was here fast, all 6 of our potatoes were perfectly cooked, loaded and you definitely tell that these are locals who are making this food with some serious love. I know I’ve found my new favorite place to order from, for $11.99 to get a fully loaded, baked potato that’s fresh, you can’t go wrong. These guys deserve so much love and respect, if you’re looking for that place that just makes you feel like you’re part the family, come here, order from them on DoorDash, they derived so much! Thank you again for the amazing food, the great service keep it up!

Potatoes, soups, & salads- oh my!

The Potato Concept is a fantastic addition to downtown Manchester. Easy to stop in and get a nice hot lunch. Pictured here is the Pulled Pork Baked Potato and Loaded Baked Potato Soup! Both were wonderful and I am sure to be back soon.

Recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint! Had the best baked potato of my life with vegan chili, fluffy, loaded, and so flavorful. If you love potatoes (and seriously, who doesn’t?), this place is your new best friend. Highly recommend!
