Some friends and I were lucky enough to be treated to a dinner by Chef Collins. We paired different wines to each course. It was absolutely phenomenal! Everything was delicious, Chef Collins was professional yet fun to hang out with. He poured our wine, brought everything he needed, and cleaned everything up. His dishes were creative and different. This was such an amazing experience. Chef Collins is so easy going and professional. I swear my house was cleaner when he left then when he arrived. The food was so delicious I confess to having stolen one of his dishes and attempted to re-make it myself! His was still better of course! He even brings the dishes and flatware…what more could u want! Will definitely be working with him again.

I hired Matt for a 12 person bachelorette party. Communication was very clear and easy and he arrived right on time to cook us an amazing dinner! Everyone was blown away by the food and no one left hungry! He also left the kitchen even cleaner than he found it. I would highly recommend hiring Matt for your event!
