We had the best time on our Pedalcycle tour for a bachelorette weekend! We stopped at 3 different bars, each were unique and fun. Pedaling was not difficult at all and the music was great! I want to give a special thanks to Corey, our driver and tour guide, for making this a great experience for everyone in our group! His energy was amazing and entertaining and he made sure we were having a great time! Overall, I would highly recommend this tour, it was fun to try something new!

Visited here for the first time today and had such a great time! Loved the atmosphere, the drinks were affordable, and the views of Asbury Park were breathtaking!

UPDATE: After my initial review, the owner reached out to apologize and right the situation by offering us a free private tour for next season. Although initially alarming, I do think it was an honest mistake/miscommunication and the apology was appreciated.

My group originally booked a pedalcycle tour for the evening Friday, October 21. At 10:30 the morning of, Jesse from Pedalcycle texted to let us know they had to cancel all tours that weekend due to a mechanical issue, and that we would receive a full refund. We were bummed, but stuff happens. On Monday the 23rd we reached out about the refund and were told it was issued on Friday but could take two business days. Great. At the end of the week, we still hadn’t received the refund, so we reached out via text, phone call, and email and have received absolutely no response. It is now November 5, more than two weeks after our scheduled pedalcycle + since our refund was apparently issued, and they have not responded to any of our inquiries. Unfortunately we had to open up a dispute with our credit card in order to receive our money. I am very disappointed, especially because I used this company last summer and had a great time. However due to their radio silence and refusal to return our money, I would never recommend them to anyone again.

This was our 3rd Pedalcycle Adventure, and each time has been an outstanding experience for each and every one of us! From Jesse to Francesca the fun time we have enjoyed can not be truly expressed in words. A perfect way to spend with friends on a summer evening!

A group of us booked for 10/21 and the morning of our tour was canceled due to mechanical issues. We made alternate (not as cool) plans and adjusted. We were told by Jesse we’d get a full refund and when followed up multiple times a refund was never issued and we were eventually met with crickets. Poor communication and lack of professionalism are preventable but very easy ways to make bad impressions and lose business. We only got a refund (immediately) after disputing the charge with the credit card company.

The pedalcycle is a ton of fun! As a local I love to see everyone having fun and singing so I tried it, I loved the energy and that we all knew the words to every song they played, it’s like your favorite wedding playlist! Our driver/tour guide Francesca was on the money and full of energy. I’m definitely going to do it again this summer and I also found out they have one on LBI!

Pedal Cycle was OK when I was on it a while back with a few friends. A little expensive. However, as someone who lives in the neighborhood it drives through, it is incredibly annoying. It's grating to hear "Livin on a Prayer" blasting as 15 girls WOOOOOOH nonstop... Every. Single. Day. Multiple times a day. I don't know how the drivers do it. God bless them. I really, really wish the Pedal Cycle's home base were in a different area, rather than in front of The Asbury. Stick to the areas where the bars are (maybe closer to Convention Hall?) because every apartment/house you drive past can't stand the noise.
