This is my second time at the Half Moon cottages. Everything is so clean, and I had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept incredibly well! I stayed at the Lakeside Hotel as a kid, and this is my new go-to spot at the Weirs. The pool was amazing, and very clean. It’s great to be able to walk everywhere and relive my childhood. You have beautiful views of the lake and stunning sunrises. Highly recommend!

“I spent 2 nights here in a charming little cottage in October 2024. The host was incredibly kind. I had a parcel coming via USPS, but it was delayed by two days, and by the time it arrived, the hotel and office had already closed for the season. When I came back to pick it up, I found the parcel thoughtfully left for me at the front door. I really appreciate the kindness and generosity. If I get the chance to visit this area again, I’ll definitely stay here!”

Positive: View is amazing, The cottage was 30 seconds from weirs beach pier. The staff is top notch. The cottages are perfect, tv was small but who cares? you're on vacation, you can watch tv at home. Negative: NO!!!!

Great spot to stay on Lake Winnipesaukee, NH. Weirs beach.Set back from the boardwalk on a hill. Has little cottages with kitchenette. We stayed in a Large Two Room King Bed Cottage with Shared Balcony. Very clean, comfortable bed and plenty of pillows and towels. Walking distance to boardwalk with restaurants, bars, arcades, pizza and ice cream. Boat and jet ski rentals as well. Pool on site was great as was the view of the lake from our porch. We would stay there again

Would absolutely 100% recommend the Half Moon!! The view is unbelievable!! An it doesn't matter what part you stay in you still get the view!!! Husband and i have stayed in all options there and you really cant get just an ok one!! The hotel part which i loved is the concrete walls!!It's right behind the strip so you can walk to everything!! Great people! Great atmosphere for Couples who want a little getaway too Families going on a summer vacation!!! Promise you will not regret!!

in town for a concert, i stayed in a cottage two nights and had a pleasant stay. the cottage was small and no-frills, but right up my alley:|| *all the amenities i needed: wifi, fridge, microwave, even a pool| *right in the middle of town, 5 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, bars, | restaurants, and arcade. easy 10 minute drive to the concert venue| *mostly quiet with a few motorcycles buzzing through town| *very clean with simple decor, bed was comfy. loved the porch for sitting, eating, | and watching the world turn| *staff was friendly, attentive, and pleasant||simple and enjoyable, i will be returning

Positive: Location/proximity to beach and waterfront. Plenty of available towels in the room. The staff were very friendly and lovely. Pool was well-kept and clean! Negative: Safety lock on door was broken. Only available outlet was behind the couch- difficult to charge our phones. Only 2 lamps for light. Bed was incredibly soft/uncomfortable and the A/C unit made a loud creaking noise every time it turned off.

My Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. When our old friend saw the place, he even decided to tag along!|The Motel is perfectly situated on a hill with a beautiful view of the lake. |There were several restaurants and shops within walking distance, and there was easy access to the beach.|The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and all of the amenities that we needed were provided.|We look forward to returning next Summer.
