We love this Altitude location. It’s clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and super kind. The space is fun and colorful, with plenty of trampolines. The arcade games make for a fun jump break. It’s a great time for kids and adults!

We love this Altitude location (Pelham, NH). However I was soured today when I paid for 2 kids to jump for an hour, then about 3 minutes later noticed a calendar that had “half price Wednesdays” listed. When I went back to the register the employee said it is a “must mention at time of purchase deal” and there was nothing he could do. If you’re going to do a deal, just do the deal. Don’t make it a secret deal only for those in the know.

Tyler at the front desk is awesome! He made our visit fantastic & was great with our kids.. Made jumping even more fun! Highly recommend this place & management should definitely give him a promotion!

Place has potential if people actually followed the rules . A lot of people there were walking on the platform with their shoes on and not covered . When signs are everywhere about the shoes . One guy was completely barefoot touching the foam pit and everything with his bare foot and nobody was doing anything . He finally got “spoken” to about it and he still stayed there in plain sight sitting by the trampolines and foam pit with his barefoot out and they did nothing more afterwards. It’s disgusting and repulsive seeing another grown man’s food in a place where kids are freely jumping around and trying to enjoy themselves . Others were bringing outside food up to the platforms …. It’s crazy what people get away with nowadays and then get mad when they are the ones messing it up for everybody else smh . You need more people patrolling who is actually gonna do their job and monitor the people on the platforms and whatnot . It’s like a zoo in there . Thank you .

My experience at this trampoline park was not great. I went to the Merrimack location last week with 3 kids (ages 6, 9, and 11) and the workers had no problem with me going on the trampolines to make sure I kept track of the children, and even jumping around a little. At the Pelham location today, I jumped into the foam pit to help the youngest kid who couldn’t get out, and was immediately reprimanded by one of the employees that I needed to pay for a wrist band to go on any equipment. Overall, the place was okay, but the employees were very rude, and not friendly at all.

This place was low key MASSIVE the trampolines were so taper I got to jump very high I did not jump low the fun here never faded away imagine If I could stay longer I felt like a ninja
