This is by far one of the most friendliest motels in Laconia. We were able to get the last room available on a same day notice. The owner is on property and made us feel welcomed. The room was "spotless". It will now be our goto motel every time we visit Laconia.

I rely heavily on TripAdvisor reviews but never write them. The place is clean, pool was clean and refreshing in 90 degree heat; I only stayed one night for a concert and it was a great location for the concert, would definitely stay here again. ||Coffee available at 6am outside the office. ||Microwave, fridge. A/c in my room; a/c was thankfully running when I checked in.

This was by far the nicest motel we have ever stayed at. The rooms were immaculate and the beds were very comfortable.
The grounds are breathtaking with so many flowers on the property. A gorgeous gazebo too! The views were amazing as we could see The lakes and mountains right from the front lawn. It does have an outdoor pool too which was so clean!
The owner George couldn’t have been nicer.
We look forward to visiting there again.

Family run - older place but very clean! Owner made special arrangements for our late arrival after we had to modify our flight. Flowers in front were absolutely beautiful and view across the street was nice. I would definitely recommend.

What can I say... Just a beautiful hotel very well taken care of, rooms very clean, bathroom very clean. The grounds are just spectacular with all the flowers and floral arrangements they have throughout. Very friendly owners and I would highly recommend it and go back again.

The prettiest spot around. The flowers are as good as a flower show. The rooms are absolutely the cleanest I've seen. Its super quiet. The owner is friendly and super accommodating when we asked to stay another day. Give it a try...you'll love it. PS pool and hot tub 🙂

The room was clean, spacious with very comfortable bed. It also had a container for recycling which was nice so I didn't have to take them back with me. The staff was wonderful, Father and son run the place. Beautiful flowers along the property made it even nicer. They had Adirondack chairs that faced the water just across. A very short walk to get ice cream and views of the sunset. Weirs beach was close anc walkable.

We stayed in room 11. Extremely clean room. Comfortable bed. Cute sun room off of our room and private deck. Nice view of the surrounding mountain. Great gazebo. Owner was friendly and fun to chat with. Much better option then pricier rooms near the beach. Only a few minutes drive to the MT Washington boat and Weir beach. Had a nice pool but we didn't go swimming because it was packed with people. Beautiful flowers everywhere. Definitely a must stay when you visit Laconia.
