I am very disappointed with my recent experience with this company. We paid $500 to set up a custom domain to ensure our branding was consistent, along with paying the annual fee for each property. After committing, I was informed that there were limitations on what they could do with the extension, which was the first disappointment. Based on these limitations, I made my decision, but when I requested a small adjustment to the domain names because they were too long, they insisted on charging an additional $75 to update. This change would take no more than five minutes! It felt like a total rip-off and was the second disappointment. This is absolutely not the way to kick off a new relationship. Software is very simple not a lot of other options out there. I would definitely chaperone before committing to these guys.
