The service was great, people were very friendly. The lobby was gorgeous. Great access to a clean and beautiful beach. The conference center worked really well and they had a full time sound technician who did a great job. The food provided was excellent and plenty of healthy options. Say "Hello" to Craig at the bar who went above and beyond to serve us!

The rooms were old and tired. They had a face lift, but are due for a complete overhaul. The bed was well broke in.

House keeping did a good job at keeping everything clean and tidy.

We had a fantastic stay at One Ocean Resort & Spa! Every aspect of the staff was helpful and welcoming. From Bryce at valet meeting us with a smile every time we encountered him to the maintenance staff engaging with us in the elevator. Top notch team!

The location is awesome! While you are within walking distance to many restaurants, the beach side is quiet and relaxing. The vibe couldn’t be beat.

The restaurant and bar and restaurant on property are also great. My son said he is still thinking about the bacon that was on the steak burger.

Had a lovely stay at this location! From the second arriving, the service was excelled. The men opened our car doors, unloaded our luggage, and took it to our rooms. The front desk ladies were lovely! Complementary coffee station with various specialty lattes and drinks. The rooms were beyond comfortable and of high standard. We didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy a meal here, however we toured the bar which was also a great atmosphere. We got to enjoy a morning oceanfront stroll and enjoy a coffee before departure. Shannon assisted with our check out and was very lovely and helpful! Nothing but great things to say about this location!! Highly recommend to anyone contemplating the stay. Definitely worth your money. And the location is excelled with many restaurants, shops, etc. We can’t wait to return in the future! Thank you One Ocean!!

I must start by saying that the customer service I received during my stay was absolutely amazing. Shannon at the front desk showed such empathy and truly cared about making my stay go as smooth as possible. She did everything she possibly could to accommodate my husband & I when I made a big mistake and didn’t actually have a reservation. Even after making me feel better about my mistake & accommodating me with a room she went above and beyond to her management and helped me even more. She and her sweet colleague even gave us special gifts to make us feel better about MY mistake (not theirs)!!!!! We also visited the bar area and our bartender, Claire, was also amazing!!!! Not only did she make delicious drinks, she was quite personable and talked to us like we were personal friends. Both of these 2 are amazing at their jobs but also went above and beyond to please everyone they encountered, including me. The resort is amazingly beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect! I would like to thank the management because the employees couldn’t do all of this without the proper leadership & guidance. I look forward to returning again in the fall for another Optometry conference. Thank you all for everything!!!!

The valet were so helpful and timely. Bryce was kind and easy going. Helped us with directions around the area and great conversationalist. Always had a smile ready to help in any way. Lobby area is very beautiful and elegant. The pool and gym area were clean and well kept. Every single hotel employee would say hello and to enjoy your stay and that means a lot to be spoken to kindly.

Besides a fluke in the weather, this was a fantastic trip! |The staff are who really make this hotel a fantastic stay. Everyone really goes out of their way to be friendly and make sure you have everything you need. The spa facilities are small, but lovely, and the view can’t be beat. Definitely worth a visit. Unfortunately I left a pair of earrings in my spa robe pocket and the staff went out of their way to make sure my keepsakes were returned to me. Big Kudos to the Front Desk Supervisor, Shannon, for going out of her way to work with a number of people to get them back to me. ||Shannon and all the front desk staff were really wonderful. Chauncey and Adrian also had fantastic customer service to make sure all my needs were met. ||A great spot to hold business meetings, or just get away for a few days.||Warning, the hotel has a bit of a convoluted system of navigation, but besides that, no complaints!

Wonderful experience at One Ocean! Guest service was outstanding, gorgeous room with fantastic oceanfront view. Everyone was gracious, friendly and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests. Server Caitlyn added to our night of terrific food and wine, and the front desk folks were all extraordinary as well.
Of all the hotels to choose from, this is by far the best on the beach!

So we stopped in last night to check out the property for guests that we have coming in town in the summer and to book a wedding brunch. We were going to grab a coffee from a coffee shop. We were told there wasn’t a coffee shop but there was coffee at the left of the front desk. We went to check it out and asked how much it was they told us it was complimentary. We decided to go home and come back today because the person we needed to talk to was busy. When we came today we stopped and grab a coffee as we headed back to the restaurant to see if we could catch Shelly with events at a good time only to be stopped and asked by the valet if he could see our room key. As soon as my husband told him we didn’t have a room key he takes both our drinks from us and said it was for hotel guests only. I preceded to tell him why I was there and that I had asked and they told me it was complimentary. He did end up giving us our drinks back. We did still go back to talk to the restaurant staff but that definitely put a sour taste in our mouth to be treated like that. We live here in Atlantic Beach and it is definitely a lovely hotel. Just beware if you come in dressed in shorts and a sweatshirt off the beach you might not be treated with the utmost respect by the valet.
