This condo is in a great location and I really like the condominium facilities. But this unit is sadly very outdated and not clean. The bedding had stains and the carpet is well past clean. I would definitely stay in a different unit just not this one.

We stayed with some friends at their Jacksonville Beach property Valentine's Day Weekend 2021 for a quick 4 day getaway. 5 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of room. The property is very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked, shower & beach towels were plentiful and the upstairs balcony was an extra bonus. The beach is a 2 minute walk and beautiful. Shops are a 2 minute drive from the house and their are plenty of food options nearby as well. 100% recommend this place for vacation and will return should we travel to the Jacksonville area again.

We had the most amazing stay! First I will start by saying that they went out of their way to accommodate us during the Christmas holiday which I will be eternally grateful for. Second the property is immaculate and clean. We felt right at home staying here. And talk about location! You can see the beach and ocean from the front balcony. It is just stunning! We really enjoyed the extra amenities like the fire pit and bicycles! And lastly the customer service is unmatched! Kevin with Lancelot's Castles Beach Vacation Rentals was so kind and thoughtful. I would give 10 stars if I could. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at your complex. The condo was beautifully decorated, incredible balcony with beach/ocean view, had beach chairs and towels for us to borrow, and it was so nice to make our meals while looking out to the ocean and catch a dolphin or two swim by. Ashton greeted us with our keys and a personalized tour of the condo, and was always available if we needed anything Looking forward to staying again!!

Eight ladies enjoyed The Osprey for a retreat weekend! The location right on the beach was beautiful and convenient for walks. The kitchen and porch facing the beach were larger than any beach condo we have seen before. The management staff greeted us as we arrived at the condo and returned our security deposit the week following our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels!

This company was absolutely perfect for my family's travel needs. We stayed at the SEA HORSE, the house was clean, neat, conveniently located at the beach, ALL, beach items provided, chairs, bicycles, sand toys for the kids. All household needs were met and more. Every kitchen utensils and supplies were available. The lighting was perfect on every floor, balconies on every floor. The backyard was the perfect size and greenery cut to perfection made for great backgrounds for pictures.
The contact person was quick on responses, attentive, and most of all kind. We will definitely book again with this rental company. Thank you for making our family time memorable ❤ DONNETTA MARSHALL

As a Real Estate broker for AW Property Advisors in Jacksonville FL, its hard to find time to take a vacation. I decided to do a workcation and invite family members. We rented a unit managed by Lancelots Castles. It was a 3B/3B unit, I believe they called it the Dolphin, in the Aquilus building, unit 902. It was a large unit with an excellent floorplan. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. A couple of small quirks, ice maker worked but the dispenser for the ice and water wasnt working. We just pulled the ice bucket for the maker out when needed and put some in a bowl in the freezer, worked out just fine. Other than that the unit was perfect! The size, the layout, the view from the balcony and master bedroom, and the view from the front entry at night watching sunsets was incredible! There was 1 space for parking in an enclosed garage to protect the car from the sun and salt air and another open space inside the gated area for an additional car. The pool and jacuzzi were great and there was a workout facility available if needed. The residences and guest were all quiet and the building was safe and secure. The keyfobs worked great but there were only 2 so if you have multiple people staying make sure you have the right codes to access the gate coming in from the beach, at the main entrance of the building, and the right code for the garage door (they do have a remote for the garage door opener as well.) Test all the codes with the assistant property manager with Lancelots before leaving the initial walkthrough. The beach was perfect and easily accessible from the building, oceanfront! There were plenty of restaurants close by along with entertainment and shopping if needed. We bought groceries and cooked some mornings and nights in the large open kitchen. The kitchen also had everything we needed fully stocked; plates, forks, knives, cooking utensils, etc. All the bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. And all 3 bedrooms have tvs. ...... We had an excellent time and would definitely recommend this unit and also recommend booking your next beachfront vacation rental through Lancelots Castles! Charley, the assistant property manager for Lancelots Castles was really nice, easy to work with, and very responsive. The same for Kevin the manager of Lancelots Castles!!!! Will definitely be going back!!!!
