We went here for the first time recently and it was very cool! While they didn’t have any special pop ups going on, we still had fun and will definitely plan to go back to one of the events. The cocktails were delicious and strong in a good way 😉 with their homemade distilled liquors. Pictured is their
Mayport Blackberry Spiced Margarita. They have chess and some other table top games which is great for the kiddos on a weekend afternoon 😍

I had to share my second experience at Grey Matter- they now have a National Lampoons Christmas Vacation pop up and if you are a fan… RUN! Don’t walk because it is amazing!! They have delicious drinks, serve popcorn, the decorations are beautiful and they even offer a scavenger hunt. They truly hit the mark.

Grey matter thought of such a great idea for a pop up bar! The decor is perfect and very Instagram worthy. They have the pop up all of February so I highly recommend going to check it out. They also have a lot of different trivia nights and fun drink ideas. I highly recommend the come on Barbie! It’s delicious and fun. The I’m not a regular mom was pretty to look at but not the best tasting in my opinion.

Cute themed drinks and decorations. My wife loves Family Vacation and was happy we were able to check it out while we were in town. Tons of detail put into everything and we were also able to grab a free cupcake from a local bakery.

Blacked out AF from the outside. Such a gem on the inside! The drinks are amazing and heavy pours!

Great hidden gem! The vibe is on point . Service is superb. They have a large array of cocktails & they make them strong. We tried a strawberry old fashioned and a walnut old fashioned. Both great choices.

This place is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is great and the old fashions (and espresso martinis) were wonderful. We also had a great time talking to the owner Paul. Put this on your list of must do’s while visiting Jax!

Grey Matter distillery on Mayport Rd in Atlantic Beach is a great space...fun ambiance, very friendly service, delicious craft cocktails, etc. Our favorites are Longboard lemonade, Sparking Carve lemonade & the Old Fashioned. We took home several bottles of their locally made Carve vodka & Live Oak whiskey. We are excited to have such a gem open up in our neighborhood.
