I have tried for the past ten days to speak with management about the service and quality of our food on the porch at the Fauchere Hotel on Sunday, 9/1. We were there to celebrate my birthday. Frankly, I was appalled that your company, who professes to be the 5 Star option in Milford, would allow such a poor experience.

I have spoken to the Hotel 2X and was assured that the Restaurant Manager would call me. The silence is deafening!! I have called the Hospitality reach # numerous times without success. As a long time owner of a weekend home on Walker Lake, we want the Group to be successful. From my perspective, you have some serious work to do.
