Shout out to MY VIPs Seth and Garth who worked with me for 5 hours on a Saturday to source parts for my 2014 GTI when a simple winter wheel swap turned into a "yeah, you can't drive that car safely right now". It was almost fun and the guys were awesome.

A few weeks ago, I made an online appointment for an inspection and oil change. Got there at my appointed time, inspection done, oil change done, and I was on the road in 45 minutes. However, on my way home, I smelled oil burning. I thought that maybe they dripped some oil on the engine when the filter was removed and knew it would burn off in a few miles. I live 15 miles from the store, and when I got home, the smell was getting worse. When I popped the hood, I see a hole where the oil cap is supposed to be, and oil has splattered all over that side of the engine, battery, wiring harness, everywhere. I find the oil cap next to the base of the radiator.

Several weeks later, and there is still a burnt oil smell every time I drive the car.

Come on VIP, you had a simple job. How hard is it to replace the cap when the oil has been filled? Maybe spend a few more seconds to verify things are correct, oil drain plug is tight, oil cap is screwed back on, and oil filter is tight.

Seth and Rick were awesome (as well as Glenn who worked on my Subaru!) and SUPER friendly. Normally I am super anxious about going into any mechanic for a variety of reasons, but these guys really put me at ease as soon as I walked in the door. I will 100% be coming back knowing my car and myself will be well taken care of.

(Ladies, if you ever feel uncomfortable or nervous about going into a mechanic place, these guys will make you feel so much better.)

The customer service at this VIP is exemplary! I’ve brought my car in for regular maintenance as well as major repairs over the years. Every experience I’ve had has been positive! The service advisors and mechanics are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. On the service side, I recently had the pleasure of working with Rick and Bobby. No one is ever happy having to spend money on a relatively expensive vehicle repair job. However, because of their superior customer service and more than fair pricing, I was able to get through the process unscathed! :). Thanks guys for always going above and beyond!

We use VIP for a couple of reasons. First one is they've always treated us fairly on repairs and generally do a great job. Another is the ability to get a vehicle in on short notice for an unexpected issue. Garth, Bobby, and the rest of the crew do a good job with progress updates as well.
