My fiance and I enjoyed ourselves kayaking on the Delaware River. The free BBQ meal didn't fill us up, but it was just enough and held us over until the end of the trip. The scenery was beautiful. We were happy we decided to kayak rather than tubing as it was easier to maneuver through the water and control our speed. We would definitely visit again. We advise participants to arrive early. We arrived around 10 AM and it was a smooth check in process. However, when we returned around 1:30 PM after our experience, there were long lines. Everyone wore masks as it was mandatory unless on the water.

We had a ton of fun. We went w 2 teenagers and 3 adults and had sooo much fun. It's gorgeous there and floating down the river is so relaxing! The hotdog/burger stop was fantastic! What a fun day!
Sure, we had to wait a bit to get on the bus, but not more than 20 min or so and everyone was friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience tubing, very peaceful and beautiful scenery. Our bus driver was very friendly and knowledgeable giving us insight about things and advice while on the river. Only a 5-10 minute drive from the facility to the river. While on the river we saw various wildlife i.e., deer, turtles, ducks.

If your tubing, understand that it takes teamwork to maneuver the tubes at once. You cant have lazy people lol.

I loved that they had motor boats to assist tubers with getting to various spots.

The exit needs to be a little more prominently displayed (1 blue arrow), then where the exit is, its just a person standing in the water. Now, getting from the bank to the main road, be prepared for a dicey climb. Getting to the road requires walking (in wet shoes) up a steep incline of dirt with only your own balance. May I suggest a hand rail. I personally don't have the best balance and my kids helped me up as well as some older folks that struggled and were also not confident in going up the incline own thier own.

Our bus ride back to the facility was good. I did not utilize the "changing facility" it looked like a row of porta potties in front of a school bus. I waited the 90 minute drive home to shower and change.

Overall it was a good experience, if we do this again. I'm getting a raft so we can move more easily.

Seriously dangerous conditions! We arrived 9 am, at opening, to avoid the long line. There was major disorganization from the beginning, as we went in circles trying to follow conflicting instructions from staff members. The actual tubing was great and I highly recommend floating down the Delaware to anyone. But not with Delaware River Tubing! At the end we waited over an hour and a half for the bus shuttle to pick us up. The line started piling up into the woods and multiple groups tried calling the front desk but got no response. We felt so helpless and stranded! And the poor families with children, we were all getting pretty hot and dehydrated. When we finally got back it was even worse. People were lined up on the hot parking lot waiting to check in. My coworker happened to be there on the same day and said he waited 3 hours!! There was no shade and people took turns spraying themselves with a hose to keep cool. An ambulance was onsite because people were already suffering from heat exhaustion. There was no awareness of other people's safety or well being, just an effort to get as many people on the river as possible with no concern for picking them up. The whole experience felt like an over priced and under organized cash grab.

This place is well worth the $40 ticket if you wait until the pandemic is over.

Before anyone complains: It was 95 degrees today. I was off from my essential job as a grocery store employee. I needed a break.

I went here today completely blind. I assumed they were working as a well oiled, social distanced machine in COVID19 conditions, but boy was I wrong. As soon as my partner and I pulled up to HQ, we immediately regretted our choice into driving an hour and a half to frenchtown. Half naked bodies very close together in a very long line. No ENFORCED social distancing, hell barely any enforcement regarding masks. There were signs everywhere supposedly reminding us about the GLOBAL PANDEMIC but no staff actively enforcing the temporary laws.

When you first arrive, you see a line and naturally, you join it. You stand in line for about 5 minutes assuming this is how everything works when an employee hobbles up to you and your partner and explains a whole side quest of filling out waivers and getting wristbands. One of you keeps the spot in line while the other goes to find the sorcerer's stone. Blah blah blah, basically there is no organization of the lines and the width of the path is not ideal for trying to avoid people.

As for the famous hot dog man on the river: its mediocre and very expensive if you were to buy anything aside from the standard 2 hot dog or 1 burger meal that's included with your rental tubes. They're charging $6 for a bottle of water when the bottles at HQ are $2. The 2 hotdogs on their own are $8. Highway robbery!!! The lines are WORSE here than HQ because no one has masks on at all! No 6 feet. Nothing. Just a bunch of sweaty fat people packed like sardines waiting to pay for overpriced hot dogs. Oh, and one guy with no mask sneezed. twice. on his friends and then proceeded to wash his hands in the river.

$40 is not worth getting a kiss from miss rona

1.30 mins in line and not even half way. At $75 per person for the minimum experience. This was something that I book a reservation with my family at a total cost $525 2hrs 45mins in line and no refunds .One of the worse times I've ever had.

It was a great day out with the family but I definitely recommend renting the kayak vs the tubing a few hours in that tubing can really hurt your back and neck if you're over 40 & already have back problems, If only the workers could have been a little more organized everything would have been more enjoyable
