Emergency room services were on point. We are happy with the care we received. The Emergency Observation Unit is really nice and the staff warm, professional and friendly. The cardiac care unit needs attention. The rooms are too small for keeping two patients and no-one is coming in to clean. The patient information being discussed in the room is not private because of the very close quarters. The staff who treated my family member were all very nice and treated him very well. I am put off by the lack of cleanliness and privacy. There’s obvious work being done in other areas of the hospital. Please allocate funds for the cardiac floor. Thank you

This is Mass General? Categorically the worst hospital experience I have ever had! I wouldn't let these buffons treat my cat. 9 hours in a shabby ER room with a broken TV, antiquated equipment and little or no attention. Nasty nurses. Nurse call button is just a placebo idiot button--no-one ever answers. I imagine this is what 3rd world hospitals are like. After 9 hours still waiting for a room. Still waiting for pain meds. Gonna get worse under Trump if that's possible. Better to stay home than come here for treatment. Cheaper and better service.

I went for my first time to the ER and it was great yes I waited about an hour to be admitted to a room cause I was staying. On the way to the room I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. Everyone was great and I was taking care of like I was a king. My week of being there i didn't want to go home( lol ). I read reviews from people downing the place which I feel they exaggerated in their experiences. As far as wait time in ER they probably were overwhelmed with patients and people think they should be taken care of right away. I was happy I went with my problem. I've been to different hospitals and I rate this one tops.My daughter in-law's two children were born there and she and my son couldn't stop raving about the great experience they had there.

Sprained my ankle bad on the job heard a crunch and went to WDH. All these people did after 6-7 hours was give me a 3 DAY DR'S NOTE, CRUTCHES and a $20 EBAY AIRCAST. This morning I could barely get off the couch and I'm hurting.

Just a sad day when 711 can do more for the pain than Wentworth Douglas Hospital. 🥂🥴

Do not have a baby here! They completely disregarded my transition during labor, said it was anxiety making me shake so much. 45 minutes later I delivered my baby girl. High on the morphine they'd given me to help my "anxiety" (transition). I was too drugged out of my mind to even hold my baby girl for the first time. I didn't come out of it until about two days later. Meanwhile they completely ignored my husband until he yelled at them in the lobby to come check on me because I was bleeding through my sheets. They are a baby factory. Do yourself a favor and avoid them even in emergencies. A donkey could've done better. Too bad the statue of limitations is up for me on medical malpractice or I'd be suing

I went in for a pain management procedure yesterday. The nurses and Dr Curatolo are amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They were so encouraging and confident that it caused me to feel safe about trusting them with all of my care needs. Everything went exactly as they said it and it felt great knowing I can trust that they’ll tell me the truth in everything they say. From the whole process of the procedure, to the phone call from Amy the next day, they’ve been phenomenal the whole way. I’ve had multiple procedures there and would highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you to all of you. You are truly amazing! ALL of you! I can’t say enough!

This hospital is incredible- staff, facilities and resources. I am so thankful that I chose Wentworth-Douglas to have my baby. I have been a patient of Women & Children, Cardiology, pediatric cardiology, and lab services and every single experience has been 5 stars. The nurses and providers are all kind, knowledgeable, and sincerely compassionate. I truly felt like everyone I worked with cared and listened to my concerns. I 100% recommend Wentworth Douglas

Generally the staff is good, most of the nurses are great. One dr in er on Feb 26 . Was a horrible nightmare. I was returning as a result of a night of observation. Dr told me I have Rsv . I already knew that. He said I can’t do anything so I’m sending you home. I told him I ain’t leaving. He had to do more because I’m diabetic, I will go septic . He said okay we will order blood work. I told him I was bleeding because I blow my nose and breaking up clots. I needed ex rays and he failed to order them. I told him I wanted to see another doctor. He sends in a hospitalist. All she did Was promise to send a visiting nurse. Wentworth Douglas Er now is an accident waiting to happen. Don’t use er during the day. Dr is deadly.
