I was injured 3 weeks into a temp assignment. The parent company wanted to hire me as soon as possible so I could work overtime, but Peopleready requires months of work first in their contracts.

On top of me working so hard we broke records in the department of me and one other individual, when the "Team Lead" dropped a heavy object on my wrist, Amber and her team have done absolutely nothing for almost a month now to help me. I've had a bubble on there. They told me to call their nurseline which I did and then they would get back to me on the next steps... now they expect someone working at a same day temp agency to apparently pay lots of doctor bills and other costs just to be compensated? Ridiculous.

I haven't been able to work and she did not even make the request of a few weeks pay to the company to help me out...Even though the company told me Peopleready requires any injury claims to go through them.

I am revising an earlier review as I now have a new opinion of this place. It is disgusting how I have been treated.

Natasha extremely unprofessional, I cancelled a job on jobstack because it was pouring rain. She said I was a no call no show. She lied to the manager who suspended me from working there for 2 weeks. What is the point of having the app if you have to deal with peoples attitudes or entertain egos?

I went through this company by no choice of my own as the employer uses them during their training process. During the intake process I was told I could receive my paycheck in one of 2 ways. Use their debit card that they reload every week with your pay or use direct deposit. The debit card is reloaded almost immediately while direct deposit mysteriously can take "up to 3 days". In all my years of being employed, I have never had direct deposit take longer. In fact, in some cases I have had it show up in my account the day before "pay day", but I digress. Because I like my money in my bank account so I can pay my bills, I opted for direct deposit.
I worked a week and was paid the following friday. Seems normal.
Then I got paid on monday. Yes, 3 days later.
Then I got paid the following Thursday
Then the follwing Wednesday
Then the following Friday
Absolutely no consistency. You never know when you will be paid so you cant plan on paying your bills.
Also, after 3 weeks, I had to call and ask for my pay stubs...4 times over the course of a week before they finally emailed them to me.
I was injured on the job and they essentially talked me out of going to the Dr for any care.
Avoid this place. Its total amateur hour over there.

Good branch to work for. I have never had a problem with this branch. Great staff.
Sure all people ready branches have their problems at times, but this is a good branch.
