My husband and I just stayed in one of the smaller cottages it was our first time at this location (first time in the area as adults) and it was a great experience. ||Check in process was simple with clear instructions. The room was clean (as well as the entire property), everything functioned as it should. The towel/toiletries replenishment process was easy. There is not house keeping during your stay in the sense they don't come in your "room" and clean daily which is something I actually prefer. ||The few interactions we had with the staff members were all pleasant. We did not use the pool during our stay, but did see it be cleaned daily.||The location is great because you are within walking distance to the downtown area, but far enough away that you can relax and have some peace. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch and just relaxing.||While we loved our stay, it is worth mentioning that this is a classic cottage near a lake in NH, this is not an all inclusive luxury resort in Malibu. So do not expect it to be. ||If we visit the area again we would likely book another stay here if it was available.

Stayed here for a night as we were attending a concert at Bank of New Hampshire pavilion. My daughter and I were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants from this location. We stayed in a cute little cottage, and it was perfect for our short trip. The lady at front counter was pleasant and let us check in early. We will definitely be back!

Wife and I recently stayed here at Weirs Beach Motel and Cottages. We stayed in the motel section. It was very retro, very 1960's, which I loved. It has a functioning fridge, microwave, and TV. The Wifi was very strong, much to my surprise. The room was spotless and the management was more than generous with supplying towels and toiletries upon request. While we didn't use the pool, we also noticed how very clean it was. It was also a short walk from the attractions of Weirs Beach. My only gripe was limited parking and a slightly confusing setup. This prevents me from giving it a 5 star review. They also had old style keys to the rooms, which didn't bother, and "contactless" check in...which I always find annoying. But aside from that, I do recommend this motel. If you're looking for the modern, up to date, resort style rooms, then you need to keep looking. But if you're just looking for clean, comfortable accommodations, then this place is for you!

Motel was not responsive to outreach attempts when trying to add a dog to our reservation (2 attempts before check in, 2 attempts after). Frankly, they were abrupt and rude about it and said they had no record of us calling and that all calls are monitored and recorded. Towels were not provided and the motel staff were unresponsive about this too. Upon checkout we received a message asking where the towels were and when I responded we weren’t provided any the staff member was short and said she never received my message. This motel seems to have communication problems, and I hope they look into it.

We had a great time here! It was clean and comfortable! I loved our little cabin and screened in porch. Using the self check in was super easy.
This is not a 5 star resort and shouldn't be based on that. We came up for the race in Loudon, the drive from the motel to the track was easy, we hung out at the arcade by the beach and went to some great restaurants. We will back for sure.

My only suggestion/complaint is maybe a mirror somewhere in the main room. The bathroom lighting was terrible to do make up and the vanity lights made me look jaundice! 🤣

Great place. We love staying here. If you want a 5 star resort experience, this isn't the place for you. If you want a good old rustic cabin with the best location on the strip, then this is for you.
Very clean, the management team there are very accommodating and friendly.

For the price, the place is quite shabby. Cottage was not what we reserved. We asked for a 2 room with kitchenette and walked into a room with no overhead lighting(no lightbulbs). Bed felt like a kid's bed. Toilet was messed up. Screen door nearly took out my wife.
Motel 6 would have been a far better deal.

The room is in great condition. Curtains, towels, and shower curtain all appear to be new. The motel faces West, so it has been a bit warm since arrival. Plan on sitting outside once the sun goes down. A/C unit works well and isn't too noisy. Glad we chose this for our stay for 2 nights.
