I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can truly say it has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was being welcomed into a home away from home. The room was perfect—immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed to make my stay as relaxing as possible.

A special shout-out goes to Helen, a staff member who made our stay even more memorable. She was incredibly welcoming to my daughter, who immediately took a liking to her and couldn’t stop talking about how much she enjoyed meeting her. Also staff member Pynapple whom greets my daughter with warmth and kindness and involvement every morning, this kindness and attentiveness truly made us feel like valued guests. It’s not every day you encounter such genuine hospitality, and their warm demeanor left a lasting impression on both of us.

The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. Whether it was ensuring I received my mail on time or immediately addressing any room maintenance or management concerns, they handled everything with care and efficiency. I truly felt that they were dedicated to making my stay as comfortable as possible.

The hotel’s location is also fantastic—everything I needed was conveniently nearby, and the surrounding community is friendly, welcoming, and safe. It felt like an ideal spot to relax and explore, with a sense of security and ease.

All in all, this hotel is everything I could have hoped for and more. It’s not just about the beautiful room or the perfect location—it’s the people who make it feel like home. I’ll certainly be returning, and I know my daughter is already looking forward to seeing Helen again! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed with warmth and genuine kindness by the Helen and Pynapple, making me feel like I was right at home. The room itself was absolutely perfect—spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed to meet every need. It truly felt like a personal retreat, offering comfort and relaxation after a busy day. The housekeepers are phenomenal. Very immaculate.

What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional level of care and attention from the staff. Every person I encountered was friendly, accommodating, and eager to ensure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about their guests.

The hotel’s location couldn’t have been more ideal—everything I needed was conveniently nearby, from great restaurants to local attractions. It’s nestled in a charming and welcoming community, which made the experience even more special.

Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s a place that makes you feel like you belong. I’ll definitely be returning!

Best value in town. The staff is sweet and human. I stayed here for 8 months straight and was always treated with respect.

I Would highly recommend this Uptown suites to anyone staying in South Denver for longer than a week (they have monthly rates also, which saved me a lot of money Vs even staying at a smaller hotel without the amenities)

Extended check-in process. They photocopied IDs of everyone, not just the primary person paying for the room. This is intrusive and an identity theft risk. Any other hotel only asks for ID from my husband. We are both upper managers in service industries and don't look sketchy. We stayed twice a week apart (fourth stay total). There was confusion over our reservation which was paid for in advance but desk didn't have the paperwork. She called someone else up front who joked, "it's lucky I'm still here." (Or what? You'd make us pay twice?) The rooms smelled odd and were run down with tiles peeling off the floor such that we tripped over the corners. The blanket had stains on it and the pillow smelled like BO. The elevator was broken. No breakfast, not even grab and go in the overpriced vending machines. The quality has gone downhill. Would not recommend.

Good location. Very decent rooms. But Sandy's was the star of it all... plus evening staff. They care about the customer. I recommend. The only complaint is the vending machines in the lobby. Don't risk. It is a little off the beaten path though, so be ready to drive to get anywhere.

I would like to take a moment to appreciate staff member Helen- Thank you so much for your complete and thorough help on every aspect of my needs at Uptown- I can not express how grateful and thankful and blessed I feel when staying here, Pynapple and Datrell are also always attentive and friendly and supportive, going out of their way to make it a better stay for guests- also always happy to have a friend in Sandy and T who also extend their skills to guests to see through their needs. I’m overall highly impressed with staff here! Thank you for being an extended family always.

I stayed at Uptown Suites for a month and had a disappointing experience. Despite being promised weekly cleaning, they skipped my scheduled cleanings multiple times. I had to keep calling and following up, and in the end, my room was only cleaned twice during my entire stay.

I also brought my dog and was charged a daily pet fee, which I paid without issue. However, when it came time to refund the tax portion of my bill, instead of returning it, they added an unexpected “pet cleaning fee” that was never mentioned before, which conveniently matched the amount they were supposed to refund me.

Overall, the lack of reliable service and the unexpected charges left me frustrated. I expected a smoother stay, especially for the price and length of my stay. I wouldn’t recommend this location unless they improve their communication and service.
