We hosted our daughters Sweet 16 there and everything was incredible! It's clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. From the food, cake, desserts/candy, bartender/drinks, DJ/sound, lighting, Robot Show, 360 Photo Booth, you name it, it was amazing!! Love their attention to detail from start to finish. They take care of you and all your needs and do it very well. Makes for a fun time where you can actually enjoy and not have to stress about party stuff that comes when hosting a big event. Very grateful for the hospitality they showed our family and guests. Thank you Mendez family for making our daughters night one she'll remember forever.

CAKE was NOT THE RIGHT COLOR,They then proceed to tell us it was. Like NO. You can see the color in pictures, and EVERYONE kept asking why it wasn’t the right color. And we didn’t get all the flavors we paid or planned for.
The food was COLD. They changed the service without me even knowing on how people get the food.
They were RUDE to my wedding party.
Late with our clothing then lost some pieces.
I can’t even begin to say how disrespectful and unprofessional the lady was. They had everything packed around 10 and we had the venue until 1 am. They kicked us out early. Their sound system was horrible. Security, MAN… they also STOLE money from our BRIDE AND GROOM JAR.. .
All I envisioned for my perfect wedding was just ignored… you only get married once… I paid so much and spent so much trying to make it MY wedding…. it went horrible, I’ll forever be heartbroken… so one star for the disappointment.

I’ve been doing hair for 17 years have never seen such a horrible situation pan out. I arrived at the brides hotel at 9 am to start hair and makeup, and there were already so many issues I was hearing from the venue. They had so many of the tuxedos still not done for the men in the wedding, there were words of issues with food. Listening in, the cake was completely the wrong color, me wanting to know what was going on asked a lot of questions of the bride and she told me a lot of what was supposed to be done. I was also invited to the wedding. I was expecting to show up and see this magnificent picture that the bride had painted for me, only to show up to no wine on the tables, they were serving her dinner on paper plates, she was supposed to have a mash potato bar and it was half a$$ed. the food was cold, the visual wasn’t the right colors. I was in shock to see how big this salon missed the mark. I have never seen a bride so devastated and have to push through what should’ve been the most beautiful day of her life. I really hope this venue made things right for this bride, I felt so bad I even ended up giving my services free of charge. Hopefully they’ve learned from this mess and do better next time! SMH

Big open place, we brought our ferrets for the monthly gathering and they played for a couple hours, they're gonna sleep the rest of the day now. As for the place its nice, open, plenty of chairs and tables and easy access in and out, there were stairs... I did not see any handicapped accessible way in fyi.

I recommend this place not only because how elegant, and beautiful the place is l. But because the staff are helpful l, Curtis, generous to us. We had three events in this location and everything went above and beyond expectations l. Thanks Laura and family.
