The check in process was smooth, the breakfast buffet included a made to order omelet station which was good, and there is an evening happy hour.
The rooms are decent - spacious, fairly comfortable beds, plenty of towels.
Parking is $12 per day which is ridiculous for this location. The lots (and the several surrounding lots) are more than spacious enough to offer parking for guests. This is in the tech center, with very little to walk to. If this location was downtown I would understand, but to charge $12 per day here is insane.
Overall, if you need somewhere to stay in this area it is a good choice, but it would be more worth the price if parking was included.

Absolutely, beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great atmosphere for family and business. As always, free drinks at the bar in the evenings and great breakfast in the morning. Paid extra for the unlimited snack bar in our room was definitely worth the value. They could use to add some gummy treats to it though.

Great rooms and stunning column building design. Plenty of amenities and options for your next company trip/business stay. Cleaning staff is very kind but customer service has a lot to be desired. A bit rough around the edges especially when you confront them about the ridiculous paid parking (even if you have a room or are booking a multi thousand dollar stay for a wedding or group function). Regardless it's a fine hotel with everything you'd need for just about any occasion, just mind where you leave your car/ transport! ?

So here is the deal. I am going to post the good and the bad so read through.

The floor is PAPER THIN! you can hear every.... and I mean EVERY step people take. So ask for top floor or make sure to have ear plugs. Every door in the place slams. If you are unlucky to be in full hotel, and by the stairs you will hear the door all day and night. 2/10 (almost enough a reason to not want to go back)

The rooms are spacious, VERY clean and ready for long stays. 10/10

The couch bed is uncomfortable, as with any so take mattress out and put on the floor, or bring a mattress cover. 5/10

King bed in the room is very comfortable really slept well (when no one was above us) or bring ear plugs. 9/10

Bathroom was spacious! was nice to be able to have more than one person able to get ready for the day in there. However the bathroom was always freezing! no matter what the room was set to (set it to 75 for a bath) and had to use the hottest water. I Finally figured out why, the window in the bathroom was not sealed and you could feel the cold air rushing in 🙁 5/10

The breakfast included was actually very good. The staff on duty was so help full always taking dirty plates and cleaning tables off right away so you never had to worry. Food temp was perfect and nice variety. 10/10

Having to pay for parking 10$ a day is obnoxious. They say they would like people to use public transportation when there. But really that is not really an option. 2/10

They view was amazing and beautiful for the mountain view. 10/10 wonderful. I loved having a corner room so we had plenty of panoramic views. lovely.

Pool and hot tub was very nice, warm and kept up well. 10/10

Eggs and sausage were cold. Need better warmers/sternos. I had told management before. Wish they’d make a change there. The hotel is now charging $12 per day for parking. Price gouging that’s unnecessary. Otherwise, staff is very nice. Cocktail hour is very nice. They could improve the snacks, but overall a nice evening.

Room looked good at first glance. In bedroom the lamp was so broken when we tried to plug phone in it came apart! In Bathroom the shower head is out of wall almost off. Came to fix shower head but told No hot water, boiler went down in all of hotel. Maybe water by 2pm today. Front desk just offered late checkout which doesn’t do any good with NO water!

This hotel is a bit dated but very very clean . The rooms do smell a like old cigarette smoke. Other than that it’s a nice hotel and very quiet and comfortable. Some new furniture or updated rooms would help. Don’t forget to put your do not disturb on the door otherwise you will have housekeeping barge in your room without knocking at 8:00am. We learned this the hard way . I do believe there were signs to put on your door but we missed it . Guest service greeted us upon arrival and were nice . This hotel is near top golf and lots of places to eat , very close to Fidlers Green as well. Very convenient hotel .
