An awful experience and most daring scam I have ever come across. I booked 3 tickets minutes after sending the confirmation they called to increase the price by almost 100%. I asked to cancel the booking I was told I can't be refunded back to my CC. That's absurd, no purchase even made and they preserve the authorized amount. I had to change my CC not only to avoid the fraud payment but also to feel safe about my CC account hacks, I bet they are capable of all.
I cant believe how they are kept running their fishy business this way with no consequences.

Flightmakers is the worst travel agency I have ever seen. It’s a fraud company which charges you for almost everything without even giving you the actual information that the extra charges are going to their bank account not the airline. They charged me $75 just to book the flight and $125 to cancel it. They even told me that these are the airline cancellation charges. When I called the airline to find out, the charges were charged by the travel agency itself by providing the wrong information to the client. I can't believe they charged me $200 for the most ridiculous service and the ticket itself was only $375.

Trying to book a flight to Mexico. 299 per ticket. All of the sudden I’m being hit with an additional 600 dollars. I’m being told that it is the taxes. Who charges 75 percent taxes? When I called delta, I received the same price. 299 per ticket. I asked about the taxes. It came to 317 per ticket. After arguing with the flight makers!they admitted it was their service fee. I finally got my money back. They were rude and obnoxious. They would speak over you and not let you speak. Perhaps that is customary in their country, not here. Trust me. Book your flights directly from the airlines. These people should be arrested

Website said I would pay a certain amount for 2 flights. I booked the flights and they called me 4-5 times the next day telling me that they had something urgent to tell me. Turns out that they charged my account but the amount they charged was only for one ticket rather than the marketed price for two tickets. I wanted a refund after that and they said my only option was to pay a $200 cancellation fee. This website is a scam! Don't trust it. I don't usually write reviews but this is unacceptable!

This is scamed agent . They Will let you booked your ticket and take the money from your account and later call you that the airline is fully booked . Starting looking alternative that's ridiculously higher than your budget. In the process, sending you back your money $300 is going to be deducted from your money. Not that you canceled, is the airline that's not available. Please don't book your tickets with this stupid agent.

This place is an absolute fraud!!!! Never book with this place under any circumstance. I booked a flight for NYC for $299.64 for 4 people but when I didn’t receive my confirmation I called them and they told me that my tickets were now $800 in total ( $299.64 basic fair + $500 in taxes) when I asked for a refund it would cost me $50 per person to cancel. After fighting with them for more than an hour and telling them I was going to call my bank saying it was fraud they ended up only charged me the $500 l. If I wasn’t because I had to go to NYC I would of never settled for that price. They even told that the price online was a technical error and they are fixing it but still two days later it shows that same fair. I regret booking with them. They are thieves scamming people out of their hard earned money. NEVER BOOK WITH THE FLIGH MAKERS!!!!

SCAM!!!!

I tried to buy a flight today for 680 dollars. It didn't work and I received an email saying its in process. So I called them and the guy on the phone tell me that the flight is booked and the price is 880 CAD (200 CAD of taxes).

I said him there is no way, the price was 680 and not 880. He said its too late and I cant cancel anymore. Then I hang up and I called my bank to block my credit card. Hopefully they wont charge me.

Never thrust the Flight Makers!! NEVER!!!!

SCAM DON’T BUY FROM THEM !!
BOUGHT 4 tickets to Miami. After calling them many times they finally sent us a confirmation.
At the airport we were greeted by 6 undercover cops who were about to arrest us saying that we purchased the tickets with a stolen card. After showing bank statements and a lot of explanation they finally believed us. They told us that we were scammed, flight makers were buying flight tickets with stolen credit cards.
