Worse place to go.. I was there for a physical and 2 step ppd testing.. couldn't do the ppd testing cause I am pregnant so I needed to get OB okay, okay then so I decided to get tb blood draw instead.. the aprn wouldn't do the physical part until the tb test result came back which can take up to 5 days.... I was like okay fine whatever. 4 days later got a call stating the blood was no good.. okay fine again so far no ones fault.. Just bad luck.. well I finally got an okay from OB to get ppd skin test instead which would only take 48 to 72 hours for results, (which is cheaper in price)and i went in and was able to get the first part of ppd done, and was told Monday get it read. I tried to get a refund on the difference and couldn't so they said when I come back Monday I can get the refund.. come Monday, 3 days later, I was in office waiting to get my ppd testing read and finished an finally get my physical signed. We'll the aprn couldn't because she was made to leave due to management/work place problems.. so I was stuck there in a hospital with 100s of physicians probably, and no one to sign my physical.. they were able to find some random nurse to read my ppd but I was given the run around and sent over to internal med where they said they can get my physical signed.. nope.. the place wouldn't do it even those supposedly the CMO said they could. (Wasted even more of my time).. they tried to say it would be 250 dollars for a physical.( I already freaking paid people) so I decided I was just sick and tired of the run around and requested a full refund just for them to tell me they could not give me my money back today! 70 dollars.. and that I had to probably wait for a call in three days to see if I can get that refund back.( still not a definite whether or not i would get a refund back). so I was forced to have to leave empty handed.. meanwhile I'm out of work until this is done, the testing.. so now they are messing with my life and causing financial burden.. I had to go to an urgent care center and pay over 100 dollars for a physical just so I can be able to work.. Thea the employee there however was phenomenal and went above and beyond on trying to get things straightened up.. unfortunately she was limited on what she could do but she sure did try her best to work this out. but for the management team who decided to force the ApRN to leave without providing someone to take over, shame on you.. also to the people holding my money and refusing to give me my money back, go kick a rock.. don't waste your time here.. pay the extra money and go to an urgent care.. I could have had all this done a week earlier.. and have been working by now..

Had to come here for employment hair testing. The receptionist and nurse where nice , but my testing was done wrong. I was left with a large chunk of hair missing and having to scramble to retest (so more hair gone) before my start date. Needless to say I retested somewhere else.

Never had an issue here. Had to go to get my pre-employment screening and some labs drawn here. All the staff are very professional and nice.
