I would like to commend Melissa from ER. She was kind, understand and very helpful. She answered all our questions with empathy and care. Also when admitted Nurse Ashleigh was outstanding and caring. Please let them know my feeling of appreciation. Thank you James.

I was taken care of really nicely. Unfortunately they misdiagnosed with colitis and sent home with oral medication. Unfortunately that was not the correct diagnosis and I had a obstruction of the bowel. I went back 2 Days later. They figured out what was wrong with me and took care of us. I rate my hospital experience one of the best I have ever had. They were kind and timely with the medications that you need. Wonder in particular didn't handle her time well and I wasn't happy with her but every other team was fan dance. Thank you

This comment is for when I was admitted upstairs as a patient ER Staff were great. Having to sit in the waiting room was torture. You didn't know if the person next to you had covid or the flu. That is kind of scary for someone with existing health issues. Having to stay overnight in the ER was even worse. I was having a headache. New nurses did not know where anything was located. I rang my nurse call button and no one came for 2 hours I had to get up and go find my Nurse. They did not stock the medication I needed in the ER pyxis. If you're going to hold patients in the ER overnight they need CNAs to help them. It is just too overwhelming for the amount of patients that are kept overnight in the ER for observation. Something needs to be done to facilitate the movement of patients upstairs to rooms instead of holding them in the ER. You spent all this money to expand and add an additional Tower and patients are still spending the night in the ER. Also you don't get nothing to eat or drink if you're sitting out in the waiting room while waiting for a room in the ER. I could understand that if they were going to do additional testing. I was admitted to a room on 2 Central. There was no sleep because there was too much commotion going on in the hallway. Staff tend to forget that people are trying to sleep.

This comment is when I came in through the ER for a CT scan because my cardiologist sent me over I had a high INR for mechanical heart valve.
Again I had a headache and I could not get any Tylenol from the nurse apparently she was busy admitting another patient who had a fracture. You put in the hallway on a stretcher and forgotten no means to call your nurse other than to yell for her.
Got my CT scan and left.

I feel blessed by my family & friends prayers, and my daughters being with me constantly, THAT I MADE IT OUT OF THAT HOSPITAL ALIVE!!!!! The ER department got me in quickly due to my doctors written instructions. However, once I was in emergency, it took 3 days of begging to get moved to a room. ER room was the worst, most unsanitary hospital I have ever been to!!!

It’s like I was taking up there time by asking questions for my partner who suffered an injury. Glad we didn’t go there and went to an urgent care and was seen in minutes. Lady said she couldn’t tell me the wait at all or anything. Not true. I have called ahead to an ER before and they told me the wait and got in quickly.

My only complaint is, when bringing students to observe in to a Hospital patient's room, ask how the patient feels about it first. That was a very upsetting experience on top of what I was already dealing with. Otherwise, the staff was very caring and very nice. They did take great care of me. Thank you. Sa

Well I have the nurses were ok but in general the staff including and sometimes the doctors were horrible. They talk over you, don't listen to your actual complaint, as I was told that before I left the doctor would tell where my prescription could be obtained and approx when and they sent everything to the wrong state and now they don't call me back to rectify and I am unable to get life saving medicine. The ambulance workers took my paperwork with vital information and no one even bothered to look for it. I have been trying to resolve these issues for two weeks and it seems there is no one in charge or they couldn't care less.

My Mom was treated quickly as a stroke alert when arriving via ambulance. Over all satisfied with care except for a nurse named Alex. She did not explain anything as she was administering IV meds. My mom had to have a BM and was assisted to bedside commode. She thought she had finished but when was assisted to stand had continued w BM on floor. Nurse Alex literally gagged in front of my Mom and myself, very unprofessional 😕. I am an RN X 30 yrs and if an ER nurse can’t handle a little poop on the floor perhaps she is in the wrong field. Not very compassionate for her patients attitude was that of being bothered w basic needs. I feel like if I and my brother had not been there she would have been ignored and would have been vomiting on herself and pooping in the bed. ER nurses need compassion too
