We were robbed! We checked in around 9PM. Around 3AM we were woken up to someone trying to get it with a key! They reported someone in the room.. so this idiot decided to try a second time to rent our room... people say, no someone else has that room. Only to allow multiple people in our room while we were out. Then goes in to find our luggage and calls us. We come back straitened out all the paperwork only to find out our electrons were stolen at some point with all these people in an out of our room . This place is the biggest failure I have ever dealt with. I am not holding much hope of anything being returned even with all the video footage.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed! We drove for 7 hrs and got there at midnight, locking forward to sleep good and rest
But since we got the the receptionist rude! The room smelling like smoke/cigar, pillows duty and without covers, the windows open, the towels smells bad
And people in an argument at 2am, dogs barking
Of course we couldn’t rest at all!
On the app or website doesn’t say that they also do extend stay
Bad experience
Don’t recommend!

I regret to say my experience here has been disappointing. The constant smell of marijuana in the elevators and hallways is overwhelming and makes it unpleasant to even walk to my room. It feels like nothing is being done to address this issue, there are other reviews mentioning this in the past, which greatly affects the overall environment. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very nice the 2 burners and full sized fridge make life so nice and easy. Management works with you to a certain extent since loosing our home after storms we ended up here on our owne no fema voucher for us so we was paying 714.00 a week cash out of pocket . That's a little straining so we needed a little help in between paydays and they worked with us instead of throwing us out for which we are very greatful for.however the last day we was there they suddenly wouldn't renew our reservation because my husband's direct deposit came in late the manager wanted the desk clerk to throw us out at 11 at night on a work night because the firect deposit was late. For the record they have been allowing us owe 5 to 6 days before we got paid and we alwayse make sure they are paid but now all the sudden we have to leave with no reason why they won't renew our reservation until I looked at this . They're now getting 147 dollars a night which fema upgrades to pay but we were locked in at 86 a night so they didn't want to keep our reservation so they can get almost double a night gor the rooms .. the laundry works great and clean and efficient. They also allow huge dogs but don't want us to have our fi,Ed declared babies here because they mess stuff up? Seems a 200 pound dog is gonna do more damage but whatever so no kitties but the facilities

Love the WoodSpring Suites Hotel. Beautiful with kitchen,full size fridge. Hardwood Floors. Service is great😊🎉 Relocated here after the 2024 Hurricane in Florida. Very Elated☺️

So I took down my post from this morning. I have to say, I am relieved & grateful for the service & understanding today. And with good reason.
After both hurricanes we booked two rooms for a week for my in-laws and us. They were flooded out of there house as many others as were.
I posted a review based on info of a cancelation fee for one night, even though they were evacuated from the hotel. though it seems like nothing.
All was resolved as i drove to their house to work on demo with a phone call from Chris from Woodspring hotel.
I just have to say the response and very kind understanding from Chris at Woodspring in Hudson florida today was amazing and such a weight off my in-laws who are stressed as many in this region are now. Especially financially.
Meanwhile, I hope to visit them soon.

There is people smoking heavily outside, and marijuana too especially inside the elevator the smell hits you and in the halls. Relatively clean and modern rooms. But, a few hairs found around on the bed and on the shower curtain (a certain type of hair there lol). Only provided bar of soaps and shampoo minis (2), no conditioner. And a pube hair on the medium size towel laid on the edge of the bathtub part of the shower, and light pink inside the shower corners where it wasn’t cleaned well enough. Floor’s relatively clean except a few spots of staining/sticky/red food splotches. Nice furniture and microwave/fridge/big beds. Modern and pretty, with a nice tv. Good if you need a comfortable place to stay but that’s if you can put up with minimum maintenance provided & amenities except coffee for ‘breakfast’. Along with clean but not cleaned well enough (pulled long hairs under our blankets) and in the shower curtain up top there was 2 pubes and in a half towel provided too (assume for drying the floor). Was a crackhead looking guy I assume who was the one smoking pot, for me and my family we had to wait for him to get off the elevator as it did not feel safe for us to go on with him, and staffing isn’t stern with people who are smoking all funny stuff. Overall okay but for a new hotel it needs a bit better running & touch ups that would truly make it a 5 star. 🩷

Had high hopes for this place but the front desk guy is weird I recorded our conversation because he made me uncomfortable. He answered the phone and did other things while he was checking me in. He proceeded to say our room was dirty and he had to go check it lord knows what he really was doing. Will never stay again… EVER
