I was amazed when I first stepped into the venue. It is gorgeous. The hosts are beautiful business people who make you feel special. The son is a great up and coming, entertaining DJ who read the room with his selections. I have and will always refer anyone here for any event. If I could give 10 stars, it is well worth it. The Grand U Banquet Hall is absolutely stunning! Mrs. Iesha and Mr. Carlos went above and beyond to ensure our event was flawless. I hosted my husband’s 50th birthday party at this upscale banquet hall. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and professionalism made the planning process so easy. This location lacks communication and professionalism from the owner to the clients. The contract was not reviewed and not all parts of the contract was emailed, the owner was unprofessional. Instead of again, reviewing his contract with the client, he chose to send his workers to interrupt my daughters party and he himself interrupted her party by coming to the rented space one hour before the event ended, approached my daughter in front of all of her guests and stated he’s losing money because alcohol was not purchased from his bar. Sorry owner, but that was not a part of your contract. You are responsible for building your clientele and not take advantage of your guests nor confront them. Use professionalism if you intend to stay in business.

I needed a last minute wedding venue and found this space through a family member. I called and spoke to Iesha and she worked with me after hours to tour and talk about specifics. I met Carlos at the venue and he was very nice and professional. Ironing out the details was a painless experience and the process was very easy. Very affordable for what you get! I will definitely be using this space in the future for any other events I might need a space for! Very beautiful inside, the sound system is amazing, and the owners were very nice and professional!
