The owners of this establishment are extremely nice and caring people. I've never had any problems here and you can't beat the price. They have really stepped their game up and I will definitely be returning.

Been there in the last 2 weeks and unfortunately they are infested with bed 🛍 bugs, so serious about this wen addressed to the situation they rolled their 👀 eyes , and I didn't even get a refund for the 4 days stayed , traveling anywhere means carry bedbug spray for your own safety. They were largely sized bedbugs ,,, ughhhh grossly kept place. So I wasted 240$ and then was treated poorly wen I complained about rooms. Paint and just removing your carpet from every room does not make bugs go away folksy. Rofl 🤣

For the price, this place is a nice place to stay. It is clean and the staff is very nice and accommodating. I never have any problems. I do recommend.

This used to be a nice place. Now the workers always seem crabby and don't want to deal with anyone. The rooms aren't the cleanest at all. Microwave or mine fridge. You get one or the other. Usually fridge isn't working. There's microwave in the office but not allowed to use it. I just get terrible experience at this place all the time.

The TownHouse Motel is wonderful! I always enjoy looking at the skies through my amazing window view and seeing the sunsets and sunrises, drinking lattes. The TownHouse Motel has provided me with hospitality, kindness, and a lovely place to rest.

This room was terrible. There was a cleaning towel hanging from the shower, and one on the sink. Also when I wanted to order food, the hotel staff had to open the door because there was no extra key to the door. The room I stayed in was in the rear of the hotel because that was the only one available on Labor Day weekend. The bathtub was stained with a lot of glue to secure the drain on the inside of the tub; no trashcan was inside of the room; there was no full rolls of toilet paper inside of the bathroom; and the towels were on a high shelf in the closet. There was no telephone in the room. My Uber driver had to park his car at the YMCA across the parking lot because the streets were blocked off because of the Labor Day parade (which was about 45 minutes to an hour long.)

Horrible experience here. Came here because me and my girlfriend got wrongfully turned away from super 8 down the street, which I like way better than this dump. Cobwebs in the bathroom on the ceiling, dirty bathtub with rings around the bathtub. We had to go get our own toilet paper from the front. Housekeeping never came by to clean the room. The blanket on the bed had multiple holes in them, pillow cases were dirty. Microwave literally almost caught on fire, after calling and telling them about it the lady tells me that the owner doesn't care and that we really aren't paying for the microwave and fridge anyway and I'm like why are they in here then if we not? Cuz we are, everything in the room should be usable, it's just that you guys are too cheap to replace them . Took a long time for the fridge to get cold because it wasn't plugged up. A roach was crawling on my tablet, I caught a whole attitude after this. Just because the rooms are cheap doesn't mean it should be dirty and bugs crawling around like they own the place. Housekeeping doesn't even seem like they do anything here. Will never go back here again
