We really feel welcomed into the community and did from the start. It has been easier to adjust than I anticipated, because everyone who works here is thoughtful, kind, helpful and accommodating. We were able to move our pets into our new apartment and our old pup loves all the attention.
The new management is encouraging and enthusiastic. Every time I am downstairs there is something new. Since you only read this far to find out about the food…overall it is delicious, there are lots of choices and the best kitchen staff. UPDATEthe cooks know how to cook eggs, any style, to perfection. I am told that is the sign of a skilled chef.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Atrium of Belleville senior living community, and I must say, it left a lasting impression on me. From the moment we walked through the doors, We was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere by Shaun.

The staff at the Atrium of Belleville were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring towards the residents. It was clear that they took the time to get to know each individual and catered to their unique needs and preferences. The dedication and passion of the staff were truly commendable.

The facilities at the Atrium of Belleville were impressive. The building was well-maintained and provided a comfortable and safe environment for the residents. The common areas were beautifully decorated, creating a sense of elegance and tranquility. The residents' rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed to promote both comfort and functionality.

One aspect that stood out to me was the wide range of amenities and activities offered at the Atrium of Belleville. From fitness classes and art workshops to educational seminars and social gatherings, there was always something exciting happening. The residents had ample opportunities to engage in meaningful activities and form connections with one another.

During my visit, I had the pleasure of speaking with some of the residents, and their happiness and contentment were palpable. They spoke highly of the community and expressed gratitude for the supportive and inclusive environment. It was evident that the Atrium of Belleville fostered a sense of belonging and encouraged residents to lead fulfilling lives.

In addition to the excellent care and amenities, the dining experience at the Atrium of Belleville was exceptional. The meals were delicious and nutritious, prepared with attention to detail and variety. The dining staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that each resident's dietary needs were met.

Overall, my visit to the Atrium of Belleville senior living community was a truly remarkable experience. The staff, facilities, and sense of community created an environment that nurtured the well-being and happiness of the residents. I would highly recommend the Atrium of Belleville to anyone seeking a vibrant and supportive community for their loved ones.

The process of finding the right living situation for a family member is very daunting, but Shaun was very helpful and gave me the confidence that The Atrium was the right choice for my sister. He is genuinely invested in the community and takes care to makes the residents feel very welcome and supported. The move-in process was smooth and my sister is enjoying her apartment and the friends that she's met at The Atrium. Great choice!

What a wonderful experience working with Shaun during the admission process. He has gone above and beyond to welcome my family member to their AL. As soon as we entered the building staff were very friendly and outgoing. This truly eased her mind. What a great experience. Thank you Shaun and staff!

I can't say enough positive things about the Atrium. My dad has been there since April and it was the best move ever. Everyone is so nice there! Barbara is the director and she is great! The sales director, Shaun, is super nice and helpful. You can tell that he truly cares about all the residents. Even now I can message him with questions and he responds quickly. I love that meals are included in the price and my dad loves that he can order breakfast anytime of the day! Normally they have musical guests at least once a week and they do other fun things like Bingo, happy hour, etc. The atrium has their own van so normally once a week they go out to eat or go on shopping trips. There are so many other perks like laundry service (small fee), free housekeeping once a week, exercise classes, bible studies, etc. Oh and my dad has an emergency button around his neck and he can press it anytime if he needs help with anything. They're also additional services you can add on like medication reminders assistance with getting dressed stuff like that. Thankfully for now my dad does not need those services but it's nice to know we have that option in the future. The atrium itself is so beautiful.. you really need to see it in person!

My mother lives at the Atrium of Belleville. She has a nice apartment, in a safe environment, and the personnel are compassionate and competent. The common areas are attractive and clean. She likes the Atrium, and I like it very much. also. The only criticism I can offer is that the dining room was serving much better food and more varied food when she moved in three years ago. The kitchen staff evidently has a high turnover rate, so I would like to see the food and options returned to their previous level of excellence. She is not as happy with the food as she once was. However, generally this is a very nice assisted living facility.
