Stayed here twice, once with a group so we had the large family room second time just a standard king bed room.. both were very spacious rooms, clean, friendly service, anytime I had something that needed addressed it was corrected right away. Breakfast was good your standard eggs, sausage or bacon and other options. Prices of rooms Does get a little pricey however compared to other hotels in the area at this quality they are cheapest. Does allow pets would recommend staying here and would stay again.

Trip to Cannon Mt., saw this hotel and decided to give it a try, a "Choice Hotel."|This place was found to meet above my expectations. At check in, the place appeared to have a spotless lobby while being well decorated. Guest services was found to be excellent and attentive. My room was huge with a separate living room, and private bathroom. In addition, this place offers a great pool with a cool retro arcarde for the kids. Breakfast is included with the stay. The hotel is located near a few restaurants and a brewery which is very convenient. The only thing I noticed, the elevator and hallway rugs may need some attention. I will be returning.

Positive: The atmosphere was impeccable, modern mixed with a cozy ski lodge. Magical ambiance in the lobby and I loved the layout of the rooms. Great lighting, extra cozy beds! A visit to the pool and sauna was like being in a spa. Wonderful Staff. Negative: Loved it all

Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, the hotel lacks in important areas. The first is the most important, construction of the building itself. Not sure if this was a repurposed construction, or it was built on the cheap, but there is no sound insulation. They make you sign a document at check-in regarding "quite time" starting at 10:00 pm. We actually needed to request a different room as the excessive noise transferred through the ceiling from our noisy upstairs neighbors was completely unacceptable. Even being moved to a new room was only marginally better, as even the doors are not conventional hotel construction. You can even feel bounce in the floor of your hotel room when people walk down the hallway. The second thing that was lacking was the breakfast. Although there are things to eat, the variety and quality of items available is lacking. Maybe an OK place to rest for a night, but not the experience I was expecting base on reviews and the description of the property.

The location of this hotel is great. My family stayed here to visit the Ice Castles. It was about a 25 minute scenic drive from there. The front desk clerk was so friendly. I believe his name was Brian. The housekeeper Cassandra, who also did breakfast was amazing. The hotel was very clean, warm and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing too. We really enjoyed our visit.

It was a pleasure meeting Brian at the front desk, he was so helpful and very happy to help getting us in a room. Our original plans for one night accommodation at other location changed very quickly with no plan B , we had no idea where to stay in a hurry! ||Brian was very kind getting us in a room with no issues and shared holiday events happening around the Bethlehem area and got me extra pillows! He was especially helpful when trying to decide if we were staying a second night. We did spend a second night. The room was nice and clean! The beds were very comfortable. I am not a breakfast gal, more just coffee. The coffee was good! I will definitely stay again !

This hotel aims to please. Our kids, ages 5 & 6, loved the WARM pool and exciting arcade. Beds were cozy and the room was comfortable and clean. There's a great strip of restaurants and shops right down the street. Unfortunately, when we left to go home, we left behind our 6 year old daughter's favorite teddy bear. But, the Chandler Hotel found her bear and mailed him to us the next day! Definitely do not overlook this place, especially if you want a short ride to Santa's Village like us!

Positive: The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were nice. The staff was great as well. Negative: The room that I was put in with my adult daughter was right next to the breakfast buffet in the morning. It sounded like a school had let out and we were unable to sleep. Hard to sleep with kids stomping above us as well.
