We enjoy staying at the Inn as we are always welcomed by a friendly staff. The Inn is exceptionally clean and the food is wonderful! The staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and is well informed about activities and the area. The chefs are creative and the presentation of the breakfasts and dinners are a treat! It’s a beautiful property with great history! We will always return! Thank you to Brenda, Ben, Abbey and Hailey! We appreciate your hard work that makes our stay always so pleasant!

My husband and I enjoyed our Valentine's Day dinner at Adair. Our first since the new ownership. They just hired a new chef and we were so pleased with our meals. We both had the Medalions of Beef and it was awesome. The staff were wonderful and Brenda (the new owner) is very hands on to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you go, you just have to try a dessert made by their new French pastry chef. We had a chocolate cake with strawberry mousse with fresh strawberries. It was soooo good.

What a beautiful inn! Full of history and in picturesque surroundings. I wanted to see some snow, and they did not disappoint. The stove in our room made it so cozy and wintery. The staff was super friendly and gave us a tour. We ate dinner both nights at the Inn and the food was great.

We've stayed at the Adair Inn numerous times over the past 20 years.|Our room was large, cheerful and comfortable.|The staff was pleasant and accommodating.|The food and service in the restaurant was excellent. In fact, the food was superior to previous visits.|However, the inn has made a major change in the layout of the first floor since our last visit. The gracious living room of the past has been re-configured to serve as an auxiliary dining space with dining tables. This probably makes sense from a business point of view, but it has destroyed the sense of being a guest in an elegant understated gracious country home. One no longer feels invited to linger, to read, etc.

We loved the Adair Country Inn. The house is beautiful and the staff was great. We loved the location and the views from our room of Mt Washington. We walked the trails right from the Inn and loved those too. A Great Experience. We really enjoyed the restaurant. Food and service were excellent. Couldn’t have been better.

What a great place for our anniversary! The setting: a grand, century-old mansion on a hilltop with views stretching miles to the north and east (in clear weather, to Mt. Washington), accessed via a curving, tree-lined lane and hidden from the main road. Easy footpaths wind throughout the 200-acre property. Inside, cozy fireside seating, endless bookcases full of inviting, older works, and spacious guestrooms also with fireplaces, armchairs, and great views (including a rainbow!). Our dinner was superb in all respects, including the best lamb chops I've had in decades. The employees and owner couldn't have been nicer. The Adair is now high on our list of favorite New England inns.

The inn is welcoming and beautiful- our room had gorgeous views of the nearby mountains. Breakfast was great- fantastic popovers and a very good selection of entrees. The staff were very responsive and helpful. The granite room (lower level) was a great place for our family to gather and play games. We definitely recommend the Adair.

The Adair Inn offers a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. From the moment you step onto the property, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully decorated with a cozy, New England charm, featuring fireplaces and comfortable armchairs, and all the modern comforts you will enjoy, including a large jacuzzi tub and Nespresso coffee maker. The inn's restaurant is a culinary gem, serving delicious chef made cuisine. I especially enjoyed the medallion tenderloins.The staff at the Adair is truly exceptional, especially Brenda, Kelly, and Ben. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their warm hospitality and genuine care made me feel right at home. I highly recommend the Adair and eagerly anticipate my return visit, thanks in large part to the wonderful team.
