Everything written here about the people running this place is true, they are very friendly and kind, and had great advice for trails and food in the area! It was super appreciated.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom in our room (motel room #14) was renovated and modern.
The only thing that wasn't perfect for me was that the beds were kinda noisy when you move around, and it bothered me at night, but I don't see any other complaints about this so this might be an extreme light-sleepers problem...

We stayed in one of the rooms facing the road. The rooms are incredibly well sound-proofed so we didn't hear anything from other rooms or outside. There is a nice little porch area outside the door to sit at and enjoy the view and the fresh air. The owners are amazing, VERY friendly. 24 hour coffee & ice available in the office (big plus for me). Room was immaculate, comfy beds. Beautiful tub/shower. A nice alternative to the chains this is more reminiscent of the mom & pop motels we'd stay in when I was young but clearly updated and remodeled. Parking spots are a bit small but it's my fault for brining my big old SUV up there, managed to squeeze it in though. Budget friendly allowing us to stay an extra night which was perfect. Great location for traveling anywhere in Lincoln/Franconia, Sugar Hill, White Mountains area and the Kanc' of course. Would happily go up there again even in off season just for a place to relax and get out for a night or two.

I had a wonderful stay at this motel. It is one of the best value lodgings I have stayed in. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the owners were friendly. It is close enough to Lincoln and the Kancagamus highway. Please support this local small business.

What a great place to stay!! The staff is very helpful and courteous, the location was perfect and the room was extremely clean. The three windows made it one of the best places to relax in and being able to sit right outside our door was very nice. Considering these benefits along with the price made our stay just perfect. Thank you for the old fashioned service. We would stay here again.

bed comfortable, has small fridge and microwave. its SO CLEAN free keurig coffee at office. owners are such a sweet coupleand ate willing to help in any way. nothing fancy, not a large room but if you want a clean and small homey feel youll like it, a lot

Whenever we come to the White Mountains, NH we stay at the Profile Motel & Cottages. It is a small family-owned motel that also has several cottages to rent. It is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The prices are also reasonable for what you get. There is a beautiful pool and an area for a campfire and other outdoor activities. Its location is convenient to restaurants, some shopping and to NH attractions. Can’t think of anywhere else we want to stay when coming this way.

My review has been a long time coming (about 2 years). I must write one though as this was such a good experience! Great hosts, very clean rooms and bathrooms, pristine pool and comfortable beds. It was great to have a fridge in the room and the car parked out front. So close to such beautiful places to visit. I am not sure if they are open during snow and ski season but if they were, they would make a killing! I thought I would want a cabin and maybe I do but staying in the main building was the place for me, my husband and our then 20 year old daughter. Loved our stay and would not hesitate to stay again! Oh, and I love the neon sign!

Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, clean room with basic amenities. The beds are on the small/short side and the TV had some quirky glitches (randomly changing channels while you were watching). Overall good for the price point.
