We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming cottage in New Hampshire! The home offers an impressive amount of space across all three floors, making it ideal for families or groups. The cozy fireplace was a lovely touch, perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventures. Our son especially loved the basement, which had a great selection of games to keep him entertained—perfect for family bonding time!

The location couldn’t be better. It’s incredibly close to the nearby resort and mountain activities, making it a convenient choice for skiing, hiking, or simply enjoying the beautiful scenery. Plus, being just a 20-minute drive to Santa’s Village was a major bonus for us—it made for a magical family outing.

The neighborhood is peaceful, clean, and felt very safe, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. The hosts clearly take pride in maintaining the property, as everything was spotless and well-equipped with all the essentials. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, and the beds were super comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after busy days.

My family (4 adults, 7 kids) have stayed at this ski in out two times for the ski season. Great place. Plenty of room. The owners added a bonus room in the loft that the kids love. The ability to leave the front door and go skiing makes it very convenient. Kids love be able to go and come as they please during the ski day. Also seeing the groomers at night through the window is a charming effect. Owners answers questions promptly and are sure your needs are met.

We had the most amazing time. This was the perfect location for our family vacation. The property was everything we were looking for. The most relaxing place to start and end our busy days. I love that it had access to so many amazing hiking trails, places to go swimming, towns with cute shops and great restaurants.

I would highly recommend avoiding renting from this company and its owner Ethan. After inquiring about his property on VRBO he directed me to rent from his company directly. Two days before our arrival he told me the deck was under construction and going to be inaccessible. When we arrived not only was there no deck but the windows on both levels were boarded over with plywood. He initially offered to reimburse me for this but never followed through. There were other things that just have the rental an overall run down appearance - holes in walls that were plastered but not painted, missing towel racks, and EXTREMELY tiny galley kitchen that was poorly stocked and couldn’t accommodate more than one person. I can see why he directs people away from booking through reputable companies - so there’s no recourse for the disappointing rental and his dishonest behavior.

We stayed over winter break with a couple families in this home - there was plenty of space and the home was stocked with all necessities. The owner was very responsive while we were planning and made this getaway easy breezy. Will definitely return and highly recommend NH retreats!

We stayed at a 3 bedroom townhouse across from Bretton Woods last weekend. Awesome location, right across the street from the mountain and close to hiking and other outdoor adventures. It was awesome to have access to the facilities at the Omni so the kids could go swimming. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay! Owner is extremely responsive and whenever we had a question he answered immediately via text or phone call. Can’t wait to go back!

We love staying at Bretton Woods anytime of year. There is no off-season! Our unit was pristine, comfortable and pet-friendly. Its location perfect. The owner was very accomodating and accessible if needed. Plenty to do during our November visit including all amenities and restaurants at the breathtaking Mt. Washington Hotel and all levels of hiking trails nearby.

We had an amazing time very convenient and close to Brettenwoods was right down the street and the condo was also amazing. Had everything we needed very cozy and Ethan was amazing as well if we needed anything we would reach out and he would respond right away. Highly recommend.
