The staff was very efficient (check in & check out), very kind & both went above & beyond. The room was very quiet, parking was close, the hotel smelled clean & it was very close to the highway AND restaurants/gas stations.

Was an emergency stop and room was decent.
I don't think the blankets was clean very well. Something bit me on my side. Has a pool. Small one. Close to some fast food. Lots of construction in the area.

These last two weeks of my life have been tumultuous and unpredictable. I won't identify myself as un housed, but I am displaced and looking for a steady stable place to start all over. The Quality Inn at 1707 W Market Street, was my first stop in what seems like a blur of trying to figure life out and what my next best step would be. My payment situation became a little sticky in the middle of my stay, but the staff helped me figure it out, and I stayed on with the hotel for at least a week, and it was a pleasant experience. I really appreciated the special accommodation in my bathroom. The shower was spacious, water pressure was great and everything was clean. Good business, good employees and great people. Definitely recommend them as a stop along wherever you're heading.

Very poor heat. Room was cold and never got comfortable. Drove 14hrs that day was too tired to complain. Would never stay there again. Terrible experience!

The hotel was very clean and very friendly and efficient staff. My one complaint would be that the breakfast was pretty scant, not even scrambled eggs. The room was comfortable and the bathroom spotless.

Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in!! Pre-paid for a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. The smell was horrific. The room was not clean, the sheets smelled like smoke, the bathroom was not cleaned and when I complained to management their response was you signed for a smoking room. The sink did not drain well. The trim along the floor was falling off. Worst experience ever. Do NOT STAY HERE

Definitely can use a nice carpet cleaning! We've been to many hotels and this is the first time our socks and kid's feet were literally black. We usually have slippers but with a 4 yr old and 18 month old, can't always put sandals on them if they want to run around.
Beds were comfortable but they really do need to clean the sheets or replace them when you have marks on them. My wife who worked in hotels for 10 years had to do a thorough check for bed bugs as they didn't even have mattress covers on there.
It looks like they updated the bathroom flooring and the shower pressure was nice. However, they really need to scrub the toilets well (or replace) and work on the overall cleanliness of the room.
The fridge is super old and was off when we got there. They definitely didn't leave it open when they turned it off as it was covered in mold. Had to wipe it down before adding some of our drinks.
The walls are pretty thick so didn't hear too much going on. However, you could hear every single step from the room above.

Amenities/Breakfast (3.5/5)
Pool was really hot. Felt like we were in a hot tub. Could only stay in it for a little while before having to get out. The pool was also falling apart. A lot of the area's were chipped or missing tiles. The ladder was unstable. They need to give that pool some serious maintenance. It still served it's purpose to tire out our kids.
Breakfast was not too bad. It's a continental breakfast at a 2.5-star hotel so can't expect much. They had enough to get us by. Waffles, yogurt, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and your drinks.

We were here for my wife's graduation at ISU so the pricing was obviously inflated. Would not stay here for that same price if we were just driving through.

Overall, I would stay here again for a night if absolutely necessary, for pricing that's 30% less. If they can make a few updates and work on their cleaning, it would be a pretty good 3-star hotel.

You pay for what you get. I swear, next time, I'll definitely spend the extra 50-$75 for cleanliness an comfort. I can't even make myself sit nor lay on this bed. It gives me the creeps.

I WILL NOT touch it.
The gold/tan comforter sheet even had stains on it. This so very noticeable an they didnt even try nor care who seen it. See pictures!!
I believe I'm gonna go out to my truck an go to sleep. It's that bad.
Come on Quality Inn. Gotta do better than this.
