We had a last minute issue with our room at a different motel, and the Atlantic was able to fit us in! They were very accommodating and genuinely nice people. The room was recently updated, and though there were a few minor cosmetic things, it was clean and well maintained. Great location too!

We had a "so-so" stay. First the good - Friendly staff, good location, clean room, cute kitchenette in our room, parking on site. The not so good - Building needs some TLC. I know it's right across from the beach, but our door was so swelled, you had to really tug and push to open and shut. The bolt lock on the door wouldn't lock on the inside. The screen on the sliding door DEF needs to be replaced. It was pulled away at the top and side. It had a huge ripe and another big hole in the center. IF it was warmer weather, you wouldn't be able to have the door open. And..... they have bright lights on outside the rooms all night long. Again, IF it was warmer weather, you'd have every bug in the neighborhood there and not be able to sit out on your balcony at night AND/OR have the screen door open at night. The bathroom needs some TLC. No I didn't take photos. I did not want to be that "petty", just enjoy our stay. No I didn't say anything to them, but some TLC is DEF needed for the coming season. Being the things I listed, I don't think that it was worth the "off season" price, which was kind of high, considering the conditions of the room. (and lights outside) Although we still enjoyed our stay, I don't think I'd stay there again, mainly bc of the bright lights on outside your balcony. Even if the screen was "solid", you still wouldn't be able to sit out there at night in warmer weather. Another thing... Oddly, there was NO Kleenex in the room. It's the only place I've ever stayed at that DIDN'T have a box of Kleenex in it. There was a little market just down from there. We bought a box to have in our room; one box of Kleenex was $4.99!!! (NO paper towels in the kitchen either, but we didn't really need those. For the off-season price, still would have been nice to have, being a kitchen.) All in all, not a "bad place" to stay.

Room was very clean & updated. We enjoyed our room and plenty of out door space/decking to enjoy the beach views. The sunrise was spectacular. Bigger bathrooms would be appreciated but overall loved the hotel and the family vibe of The Atlantic Hotel

After extensive research prior to our first visit to Hampton Beach by Wife, it was agreed that this was our destination.
We chose wisely. The location is quieter than points south of here, but close enough to walk to the boardwalk’s points of interest, not to mention the close proximity to the beach.
The staff here is absolutely friendly and accommodating.
They have a parking area on the property, which is nice.
Our room, #310 was cozy, but what it lacked in size, it made up for with location.
They have a small refrigerator in the room, which was handy. There is a microwave in the room too.
The place is smoke free and kid friendly.
Once nightfall comes, it gets relatively quiet as everyone that was there when we were there was respectful.

Such a wonderful spot with wonderful staff!! Great location! Great pool! We stay here year after year and are never disappointed. Comfortable beds in a clean bright space with a private balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean. See you next year Atlantic!

Check in was very easy, room was clean and had a little kitchen area with fridge, stovetop, sink and some dishes which was nice. Can’t beat the view from the deck it was gorgeous, beds were firm and I slept very well. I enjoyed my stay! Thanks so much!!

The room was clean and easy to check in. The main bed was uncomfortable for me, too springy and overdue for replacement. The heater was loud and came on every 10-15 minutes and sleeping was difficult for both these reasons. Would consider staying again.

Key spot , well maintained and updated.Super comfy bed/bedding, great view with a nice pool.Cheerful, helpful staff makes it all work.Offstreet parking was a plus (included).We enjoyed several beach days (one steps away) and were able to sit on our Oceanview balcony,sip wine and watch the surfers on a few high-surf days.It was a SUPER MOON . Bright moonlit nights with extreme tides made for plenty of excitement with huge breakers and waves crashing against the seawall, spilling over.Never a dull moment.The best of both worlds!
