Great venue for a wedding or special event! Service and food were incredible! Everything from the appetizers, cocktails, entrees, and desserts were outstanding. Bartenders were professional, friendly and super talented. Old fashion’s and espresso martinis were delicious! The spicy margaritas were amazing and really enjoyed them. The dinner service was delicious and cooked perfectly; wish I could come back this morning for leftovers! Great job Asbury Hotel staff; you hit it out of the park!

My boyfriend and I came from Florida to visit family. We really enjoyed our stay here. We both love music and so we definitely loved the wall collection of vinyl records and cassettes. The rooms have a vinyl turntable so we were able to choose from the collection and play in our room. The staff were so welcoming and provided excellent customer service. The hotel is walking distance from the boardwalk and to so many restaurants and shops. We definitely will stay again if ever in Asbury.

Great hotel! The room was well appointed and comfortable, great bed and bathroom. Also, very quiet at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. We used the meeting room and it was spacious with a lot of outlets. Loved the lobby, as there is a lot of space to sit and relax, as well as snacks and coffee readily available. A block from the beach/boardwalk. Highly recommend!

The coffee counter service was great and food was delicious. Live music in the lobby was great. The Diner was a great breakfast spot, servers were very polite and efficient. Love the all the old records and player in the room.||||Close to the beach! will be back in the summer

Off-season wedding - STAY AWAY! Heat doesn't work and it leaks!

This place was really great in most respects, BUT, if you are thinking about an off-season wedding, go someplace else!
Our event was a mild December evening with outside temps about 40 degrees. If you are considering this place, you know that the dining space is a semi-permanent glass tent – they will tell you that it stays warm, but it doesn’t!! Worse, if it rains the water seeps in along the entire perimeter and will soak all you guests’ long dresses – I know, it happened to us!!
DO NOT BELIEVE THEM when they say the heating system is adequate for a cold night (our wedding night wasn’t even that cold); they have enough heat, but only 2 vents so in order to keep the center warm they blast the people on the outside. Then, when they complain, they turn the heat off and everyone is cold.
If you want to plan you wedding here in off season (October – April) be sure your guest list is less than 140 people so that your guests don’t have to sit near the perimeter. Do not believe them that the tent is capable of handling a larger party!
The worst part – the banquet manager (Theresa) could not have been more rude or uncaring; she literally said “what did you expect, it’s a tent”, and “your guests are just being babies”. I suppose there was really nothing she could do at that point, but a little understanding and compassion would have gone a long way.
It’s a shame, because other than that, the venue was great (and so were ALL the staff other than banquet manager and event manager)

Sadly overpriced and unclean. Could have gotten past the cheap furniture and institutional type decor of our room, but it was so dirty. Our room had dirt all over the floor, dirty shower, dirty towel still in the bathroom, and blood, yes blood on the sheets and mattress. The guy at the front desk was apologetic and gave us a different room, but still. How did these things get overlooked? Good location and nice lobby, but that is definitely not enough.

A very cute hotel with a fun vibe. Lobby has music, bar and a coffee bar. Welcoming seating areas. Valet parking available. Convenient to music venues in Asbury Park. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Would like to come back in warmer months and use the pool.

Wonderful Pet-Friendly Hotel. High Recommend! The staff is friendly and helpful. Location fantastic! Two Block walk to from the Boardwalk with plenty of food options in and around the hotel. There was live music in the lobby during our stay.
