We did the tour of LeConte glacier with Captain Dan and Camille. From the first sighting of the sea lions to watching the glacier calve an iceberg it was an amazing experience! Dan is a very capable navigator and he managed to get us through the bay filled with lots of bergie bits and up close to the glacier. He slowed down at lots of scenic sights along the way including lots of waterfalls, gulls with their chicks and seals on the ice flows. This tour was well worth the money!

Our Family would like to give a big “Great Job Mike” for the most wonderful time we had with Seek Alaska LeConte Glacier Tour. It all started when we were waiting on the dock and this gentleman walks up and ask which girl is named Ana, which one is named Ada and which one is named Ava. The girls were speechless as we are tourists in Petersburg, AK. It was the beginning of a great 4 hours with Mike telling his life story, about the age of the glacier as we drive by very large “burgs”. We had stories, shared snacks and lunch, got very close to glacier wall, saw a few seals and pups and listened to “ The Prater”. The 6 of us were talking back at our boat and were still excited about our day with Mike. As Grandparents it was so nice to see our daughter and 3 granddaughters so beaming with joy. Fantastic “Whales & Whiskers” adventure! Captain Dan knows how to find the whales, stellar sea lions and a few other picturesque sights such as cliff waterfalls, giant chunks of glacier ice and ancient Native Alaskan petroglyphs. He is quite the entertainer, too! I was very impressed, and my grandson had the best time celebrating his birthday! The boat is very comfortable, as well. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend these guys enough. If you want to see LeConte glacier, do it with Seek Alaska. The glacier was AMAZING. We were able to get super close to it thanks to the persistence of Dan and his deckhand Sage, who were both super friendly and knowledgeable. They really know their way around their boat! We also got to see a handful of sea lions and probably a hundred seals, including a ton of pups! Petroglyphs were also an unexpected but amazing additional sighting on this trip.

We had a great time going to the LaConte Glacier on a tour from Seek Alaska. Dan our Captain and tour guide was super nice, provided great information, and did an excellent job. The boat was clean and well equipped. We would highly recommend using Seek Alaska.

Rob and Dan do an excellent job taking you to one of the most amazing places on earth. The glaciers and the bergie bits (ice bergs) are mind blowing. This trip is worth every penny!!! Do it.

What an awesome time I had on their tour. Rob and his dad Mike were so accommodating and helpful. They make you feel like part of the family. They went out of their way to make sure everyone got the photos they were looking for. I will definitely book this tour again and again. I highly recommend them for any of your sightseeing tours in Petersburg Alaska.
