Stayed for one night in April. The room was clean and the check in was seamless. The only negative I can think of is that the bed frame is a bit noisy. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I rented a room here for a few nights. We were on our 1 year anniversary. This had to have been the best spot. It is close to the boardwalk and beach but not to close so there was very little foot traffic outside the room. The night life is within walking distance. My vehicle did not move the hole time we were there. Which I personally really enjoyed. The man at the front desk was polite and professional. Our room was nice and clean and fully stocked with the basic hygiene essentials. I was really happy with Royal Crest Inn. I will definitely rent here again and I am telling all my friends to do it too

Here is a checklist for this hotel review:||Room-very small room for a family. Looks run down and old. They tried to keep it clean but its not spot clean. There are areas that you see dust. Ceiling definitely needs some renovation|Bed-needs an upgrade. It is an okay stay for 1 night. Not very comfy and sheets and pillow seems thin|Refrigerator-yes somewhat clean and small|Microwave-yes somewhat clean|Breakfast-no|Bathroom-okay needs some renovation. Very small and tight|Toilet-doesn't clog/clean|Shower-the shower heads needs to be upgraded|Air-condition - works good/ a little noisy|Smell - beach smell but no weird smell|Area is somewhat safe. |View-no view but the beach is super close.|Pool - no pool at this property|Built-1957 very old building/motel|Price $230/summer/friday Super overpriced. Comparable to other beaches in florida you can already stay in a nicer hotel not just a motel. ||Overall we wouldn't come back to stay here if theres other choices. We book last minute so other hotels are fully booked. This motel is a last resort. Pictures on their site and other third party site is deceiving. Always check TripAdvisor for reliable reviews and actual pictures from travelers.

Lovely room, spacious, comfy bed, easy to work AC and quiet. Yes the bathroom is separated; sink is at the other end of the room. Was surprised that it was a kitchenette, didn’t ask for one so we weren’t prepared to make any meals. Only coffee pods provided no tea. Great location. The man at the front desk was very polite. House keeping also polite. Would go there again.

My girlfriend and I stayed here over the weekend and were pleasantly surprised.
When we showed up before check-in time ,
Management didn't give us a hard time about it at all they were understanding and very, very friendly . We didn't know what to expect, having never stayed in a motel vs. .a hotel . But honestly, the rooms were super clean ! It's probably cleaner than any hotel we ever stayed in. The room had no musty smell to it at all . The sheets were brand new or freshly washed , and the ac worked very well . And the bed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in .
We will be staying here again and recommend it to everyone.

We stayed in the king room with kitchette. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was great. We didn't plan on cooking in our room and that was a good thing. There are no plates, cups, utensils or cooking supplies provided. It didn't note anything in the room description and I wouldn't think you have to request pots and pans. You may want to ask before booking if you plan to utilize the feature.

We stayed here for a couple of days . I booked the room on Booking .com . So I called the day before to confirm. The gentle man that answered was pleasant & very professional! Once we arrived, the checking in progress was fast, and they had to switch our room from a king bed to a double queen . And I was a little taken back until he explained that it was totally refurbished! And it was ! It is a nice room and the two queen beds are sooo comfortable! With at least 4 pillows each . Nice clean linen. They even put out eye makeup remover wipes. Also, the housekeeping staff checked with us to see if we needed any services? We can honestly say THIS is a Moterlodge / Motel that was beyond our expectations! Thank you for making our stay a great one ❤️

Had a wonderful stay.
Clean, helpful, comfortable and very enjoyable. I love the colors of the new renovations and in good taste.
Staff very helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable its was and had no musky smell. The boardwalk is very close.
Would definitely return.
