The owner was super cool and accommodating for our family. It was a great spot for enjoying the river. The jet skis were very nice and comfortable. We all enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back!

I booked an appointment for 10 a.m. I was told to arrive early and fill out the paperwork etc. The pictures don’t match the site, so I thought I was in the wrong place. Anyways someone alerts me the marina isn’t affiliated with the boats and to call the number to see where the guy is. They also tell me that they had people waiting the day prior. After a few attempts I finally get ahold of the owner guy. He alerts me the fuel is up the river et. al. They’re late simple as that. Preventive measures should be taken considering this is information they knew prior to my appointment. I’ve got a busy day I work 2-3 jobs so I couldn’t push my time back to accommodate for their tardiness. it’s my own situation so time was critical for me. Refunds not allowed unfortunately. I’ll have to spend more money on a better time next time for my girl and my son, but you’ve gotta pay for nice things in life as they say.

We rented a boat and 2 jet skis from the Portage Des Sioux location. It started out as a $600 day and ended up being $978. They nail you on taxes and then when we arrived they charged us another $178 for gas. Then you get the boat and jet skis and a 2 mile radius or so to ride around in a circle for 2 hours with a teenager who works there following you around on a jet ski. It was a bit ridiculous and I'll never rent from them again. If they don't trust people to rent the equipment after we had to sign at least 20 pages then maybe they shouldn't rent. We had all ridden jet skis before and the boat driver was very experienced. Yet they followed us back and forth in the 2 mile circle nonstop. They complained about an 18 and 19 year old who probably weigh 200 lbs combined riding together and then complained about my son who is 11 and 5'10 riding with me. What are you supposed to do in that situation? They are too young to ride alone so was he just supposed to not be included because he is a big kid. The rules were quite ridiculous and we were told if the jet ski flipped over we would have to pay and additional $500. Then every time we wanted to switch jet ski riders we had to wait 15 minutes for the kid to dock his jet ski to our boat and "help" us switch out. It was a complete waste of time and money. I've rented from Grafton before and have never had any of these issues. NEVER AGAIN will I give them my money!

Had a blast with here this passed weekend. We had a LARGE group and the staff handled us very well. They remained very professional when individuals got out of hand. We rented two boats, four jet skis, and a 3 person tube. (Very large group) the fact they were able to accommodate a group of 22 people was outstanding in itself. Our group chats are still talking about this day! The owner was very chilled and professional.i would highly recommend you taking your friends, family even strangers or go by yourself out to Grafton to river roads watersports. We will be back that’s for sure!

I have been a handful of times now to River Road Watersports and each time has been great! You can rent exceptionally maintained jet skis, boats, and more. The staff is highly knowledgeable and safety is taken seriously. They are relaxed and want to go above and beyond to ensure your rental is the most fun it can be. Grafton is a very cute little town too, with lots of amenities to offer including fun restaurants, wineries, ice cream, and shopping. I highly suggest taking a trip to Grafton and enjoying the water toys at River Road Watersports!

Best experience ever!! Justin was great, and our guide was very accommodating and made sure we were safe. My daughter and I had an absolute blast. Do yourself a favor, book it!

I was scheduled for this weekend and they had to reschedule me because of the weather which was fine. John then told me I had to wait 2 weeks before I can book again which is ridiculous especially since they are rescheduling me. They didn't want to accommodate me at all and didn't care to accommodate me in no type of way. Also I paid and they told me that they never received a payment so I had to show proof that I had paid which should had been in their system. This was my first time trying to book with them and from this experience it will be the last.
