I've been going here for quite some time and never had a bad experience, until last week. I wanted a color change with no chip polish. The owners wife did my nails and within a couple of days 4 of my nails had chips. The no chip usually lasts me a month, with no chips just growth. When I went in to show them they blamed it on my nails saying they were weak. I never had one chip on me before. Very disappointed with the way they handled a regular customer's complaint!

This was my first time coming to 4 Season as I’m new to the area and have been to multiple different nail salons. They only accept walk ins, so I was waiting for a good minute until I got taken. Awesome service, my technician(a) was extremely detailed and patient when it came to creating my nails. It did take over an hour however I was very happy leaving with my magnificent nails!

Twice they cut me during a pedicure and once was so bad my toe was infected. When I told owner she got defensive instead of apologizing. They have their kids running around in there. They change prices without telling you. $30. Basic pedi was $40 when I checked out because they removed old polish. They are not friendly. Will not be going back there. Owner asked me which one of their girls cut me and caused me to get an infection so I pointed her out and she kept ranting at me about how long they have been in business and I must be mistaken. I told her I can. Ring a letter from my doctor if she would like and the woman next to me said why don’t you listen to what she is saying instead of being defensive. How awful. They had two people working and 7 prople in chairs. Will. To be going back there. Took three weeks and two rounds of antibiotics last May to get rid of the infection. Done!

Took my niece there for her 10th birthday. Will NEVER go back. They were busy, but she was taken back right away. I don’t know what was taking so long, but it was over an hour that she was in the chair. When they had her under the light, she pulled it out and it was smudged. I said something to the girl and she said do you want us to fix it? Um….Yes, I want you to fix it. Ridiculous. Then when checking out about an hour and 15 minutes later, the lady charged me $28. I said it should be $25, the price on the board clearly says “$25 for kids services” for a pedicure. She said that’s for babies. “She no baby”. Um WHAT?! I said who brings their baby for a pedicure?! My niece just turned 10 but looks 8. The place is gross as well. Hope she doesn’t get a toe fungus! Will not ever go back. I’ll give my money to an American local place from now on. Or maybe I’ll bring my 4 year old niece for the pedicure there for the baby price.

Worst customer service from owner,
Had to stop my pedicure due to the owner damaging my nail by improperly removing my nail polish. A simple solution would have been to use polish remover but they would rather rush it and use tools not needed. Paid for my half-done pedicure and was made to feel like I was at fault. Will definitely not be returning and would certainly not recommend them to anyone.

This place is terrible. They stare at you when you enter the door like they have no idea why you are coming in. They are rude. Especially the male. He grunts and groans and talks under his breath. He acts like he doesn’t want to be there. They have an out of control kid running around. They only have 2-3 nail techs so if more than 3 customers come in you’ll be waiting forever for service. The polish is cheap and only last a few days. The only reason they are still in business is because they are the only nail salon in town. I’ve been multiple times and have tried to give the benefit of the doubt. However after my last interaction with the salon I have decided to not return. Ever!!!

I go to the salon every week. The family who owns/works there are very nice. They always do a great job. I’m not sure why other reviewers are commenting on the owners speaking in their native language. It has never bothered me but I’m also not a racist nor am I so self absorbed that I would think they would be talking or laughing about me. I would definitely recommend this salon
