Amber made the process so easy. I was sick and had no voice and she was kind enough to communicate thru text message. She even made me aware of the black Friday specials and I was able to get my washer and dryer for an amazing price. I would recommend this place and if you go ask for Amber she is awesome and makes the process easy.

My wife and I have been doing business with Rent One at this particular store on Carlisle Ave for about 4 years now and most exceptional people to do business with. Very friendly staff and if they don't have what you're looking for on hand, they will get it for you. We are going on our 7th rental agreement and plan on continuing business with these people indefinitely. Even the delivery staff is professional, helpful and very friendly. I most recommend these people for any kind of furnishings in your home.

Absolutely amazing!!! I was supposed to be with the kingshighway store and it was a nightmare!! Belleville fixed it all and got me everything I wanted within days!! They were all so polite and accommodating!! And the delivery! Those men were great! My front door is a nightmare to get stuff in and out of, but they did it with ease!! They smiled and laughed with us, made sure everything was put together and working and that we didn’t need anything else before they left!! These people are absolutely amazing and I would recommend this store to everyone I possible can!! Thank you rent one Belleville!!

I don't remember the lady's name at rent one but I will tell you this it was the best service I ever had dealing with a rental company I believe her name was Amber she helped put my appliances on the trailer also assisted with strapping it down gave me really good pointers and I will definitely recommend everyone go see her and only deal with her she was the best if your name is Amber thank you very much Amber
