We stopped in around 3 a.m., taking a much needed break from the road while traveling. We were greeted warmly immediately, and felt very comfortable spending the night. Other nearby hotels were not able to accommodate us at the late hour. The Front Desk Attendant was excellent! Loved the breakfast buffet!

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels for work, but this one takes the crown for “Most Creative Interpretation of Housekeeping.” Apparently, cleaning the rooms of long-term guests is optional—who knew? I’ve asked multiple times, and the front desk staff (who are at least friendly) just offer me a drink as if that magically makes up for never having clean towels or a fresh room. Miscommunication? Maybe. But at this point, I’m wondering if housekeeping is just a myth here. If you enjoy making repeated requests for basic services, this is the place for you. Otherwise, bring your own towels and lower your expectations.

Stayed here for an event. The hot tub was nice and warm. The pool area seemed clean. Room was good. Dated building, but they made the best of it. The staff was wonderful and probably the best part. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the stay here.

I tried to contact Radisson directly because I do understand that sometimes businesses actually want your feedback to improve. l've now tried THREE different ways to send feedback directly, all of which have failed, signaling that this may be a larger brand issue.|During my last attempt, I filled out the entire form and then clicked submit... and nothing happened. I'm done.||I am currently staying at the Fond du Lac, WI location. ||The good:|Brianna at check-in was lovely, Donna & Megan at Benvenuto’s were outstanding and the dinner was good. I just asked one of the housekeeping staff for replacement sheets (since it smells like the ones I have were previously used) and she was friendly and accommodating.||But there have been several issues.||The bad:|1) As mentioned above, the Radisson contact form’s City drop-down menu is broken on the Radisson site|2) The guest survey QR code received at check-in leads to a deleted file. As a customer, this makes it look like Radisson isn’t interested in feedback. Personally, I was trying to use these links to avoid leaving a bad review, but I became very tempted after it was so difficult to contact customer service|3) I was put in a pet friendly room without notification. This is fine for me, but there may be guests with allergies that this could be a severe problem for.|4) every hot water dispenser had coffee-flavored, brown water. Carafes should be dedicated to prevent cross-contamination|5) Breakfast: 1. Almost every single prepackaged option (Yogurt, peanut butter, jam, etc.) contains high fructose corn syrup. Like a huge number of Americans, I avoid this for health reasons. 2. At 7 AM, the eggs were already dry and unappealing. I tried them anyway, and they tasted very odd. I gave up on breakfast.|6) One of my pillows smelled terrible, like it had been used but the pillowcase had not replaced. Delivery of the replacement was unfriendly and curt. Once the smelly pillow was gone, I could smell the rest of the set. As I mentioned above, replacement was easy and much friendlier.|7) finally, clicking the link to read the privacy policy before completing the feedback form on Radisson’s contact site ERASES the entire form. Upon returning to the page, the format of the survey also changed.||And, of, course, when I tried to submit feedback on the third Radisson page, nothing happened.|As a guest, I am again getting the messaging that Radisson doesn’t value guest feedback, which is a shame since I clearly made a huge effort to avoid leaving a bad review.

Positive: Great "rec" space for kids to play and not get in trouble for running around. Pool was big. Negative: The room(s) smelled like sewage. Bathroom particularly, had to leave get fresh air and come back. Tiles were broke, dirty, gross. Found bugs in the bathtub and on the wall in the room.

Do NOT stay here. I normally stay here without any issues, however my last stay was met with rude and disrespectful staff who FALSELY accused me of smoking in my room to further profit off my stay. I was a regular customer at this hotel, staying several times a year, but I will never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone. The rooms are subpar, sometimes having stains on the comforters, the hotel shows its age with dingy carpets, and the restaurant food was okay at best. Do not stay here. There are better hotels in the area with staff who won’t lie and steal from you.

Tried this hotel for first time and everything seemed promising until settling into room. Good luck trying to get to sleep at a reasonable time on a weekend. The pool/game area is filled with loud guests at all hours and the noise carries into the rooms on that side. Felt like the conversation was in my room and louder than my TV. Might as well have had an open window or moved my bed down there and tried to sleep. Same noise level either way. Guess my Choice "privleges" doesn't come with rest. Brutal. Will NOT be back here and would NOT recommend.
