I stayed at Pemi Cabins while on a work trip. I chose a cozy cabin instead of a hotel. I am so glad I made that decision. Cindy was so helpful in making my reservation over the phone. I'm not sure why I couldn't book on line but there was some sort of problem. Anyway, when I arrived Cindy was there and was so friendly and helpful. I settled into my cabin and I was immediately relaxed. The cabin was so cozy and the sound of the river was amazing. I stayed in Fox Hollow and it was perfect. Very clean, comfortable bed and a gas fireplace. The location is perfect. Close to everything Lincoln has to offer. I look forward to staying here again.

My wife and I booked #5 River Otter cabin. Nice and cozy,fireplace that said do not use(no big deal). Screen in porch right on top of the river that was beautiful and you could hear it all night as you were sleeping which was awesome. Has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Shower was just right for me,super hot but my wife couldn’t get it to her liking. It was real hot or turned cold turning it down a little. Bed was comfortable. No problem checking in or out as I never saw anyone. I needed towels for the next night so called and left a message and it was handled. Definitely would go again!

I stayed at the Pemi Cabins with my husband and two daughters while in New Hampshire for an exciting trip to see the Ice Castles! The location is conveniently located just 9 minutes away from the Ice Castles, so you can't really beat that! Our cabin was well kept, warm, and incredibly inviting. It may have been cold outside but the shower water inside our cabin was nice and hot. My daughters enjoyed playing in the snow in front of the cabin and watching their favorite shows on the comfy couch at night. The customer service was wonderful. We will definitely return for another stay at the Pemi Cabins!!

Cabin was clean & comfortable. shower water pressure was great . The sound of the river was absolutely amazing. This was a spontaneous short trip with my fiancé & our first time at Pemi cabins . I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back in the future.

The cabin is super cool - right on the river, and the overall location is fantastic. Our hosts were great and we really enjoyed our stay. Perfect retreat for couples who aren't looking for high end accommodations, and like a little bit of a nostalgic/cabin feel. Only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because the floor in our cabin was sloped. Not a big deal except it made the bed sloped, which made sleeping a little difficult. It did not ruin our stay and we would definitely go back.

Fantastic little cabins tucked by the river. Very pet friendly. Close to great views and hiking. Will definitely go back when we have more time. Roomy yet cozy. Enjoyed our stay very much. Priced very well for the area and the amenities. Clean.

Love this place! Dog friendly! Allows you to leave your dogs alone as long as they aren’t a bother, which is huge!! Great location! Truly can’t ask for anything better. If you’re looking for luxury, this probably isn’t for you. Everything is clean and remodeled, which is nice. Cabins are on the river so you can listen to it from wherever you are on the property which is amazing. We stayed in the Kancamagus which is really nice. Two bedroom with kitchen and deck. I’ve also stayed in the smaller cabins that may have less but have a screened in porch facing the river which is so nice. Can’t say enough about the location and the upgrades the new owners did to the property outside of the units. We love it here and will always come back!! Never an issue and always a great time!
