I run a bar and a restaurant and have used Professional Kitchen numerous times throughout the last 7 years or so and they have been extremely professional and reliable. John and his staff are excellent to work with and their pricing is fantastic. We have things break that we need to get fixed asap and they always find the time to come out and make it right.

If you want to deal with a hot-head and overpay for equipment issues, John is your guy! He doesn't know what issues to fix, so he demands complete overhauls of equipment. He will also point fingers and blame anyone other than himself when he gets frustrated. For example, John made us hire an electrician twice because he couldn't figure out the one ($100) fix to our oven. After spending almost $2000 between the electrician and PKS, and having to listen to John rant and condescend, it was a simple fix all along. We were charged extra for "overnight" parts that still took a week. Our oven was finally fixed after a 3 week headache. In other news, his assistant who actually does the work is very much appreciated. Thanks!

**Update--As of today, the oven WON'T EVEN TURN ON. Great work, guys!

I’ve been using this great company for a decade now. They always have my back. With one call they are on their way to fix any refrigeration/ equipment problem I’ve had. They have also sold, delivered, and set up all the equipment in my restaurants. Don’t know what I’d do with out them. Even the office ladies are helpful and supportive. Good job PKS.
