They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They will watch out their windows to see if anyone parks in "their" empty parking spots - which are NOT labelled - and wait at the top of the stairs to grill you about why you're at the building and berate you about where you park like they have nothing better to do.

If you want to be rude and aggressive about claiming parking spots that are ALWAYS empty, you should sign them as such.

This is solely based on my interaction with a staffmember. While parking near this location for another company's services, I was talked at through a window by a female staffmember. She asked me where I was going. After confirming I was parking for another business she told me, "You can't park there." She basically told me I had to park across the lot, farthest from the entrance. There was no sign that requested this limitation. I felt spied upon, monitored, and talked down to. If this business wishes to run a professional operation, they should post a clear sign stating their request rather than having an employee watch people park and telling them not to park in unposted spots.
