Personally, he saved me a staggering $1,400 a year when I switched my home and auto policies to him! Charles was great to work with. We went with another insurance (only due to a great price) but we will keep his information and look him up at the end of our current insurance. He walked us through every step and went over every line to let us know what we would be getting. He even helped with looking at other offers and letting us know where they were better or lacking compared to his offer. All in all it was a good experience working with him and wish his had been the lowest, but in this case it wasn't. We shall def check in next year with him and would highly recommend to others.
